PTT is Turkey’s national postal operator. It handles letters, registered mail and parcels (PTT Kargo) through branches across the country, and it delivers international mail that reaches Turkey through the postal network.
PTT runs about 3,500 offices across Turkey and describes its network as the widest in the country. Its domestic parcel services include cash on delivery, postage paid by the recipient, insured items with a declared value, delivery to the addressee only, and collection at a PTT office instead of delivery to the address. Parcels can also be tracked in PTT’s mobile app.
Event descriptions come from PTT and are usually in Turkish. Kargo Radar adds an English status summary, so you can follow your package without reading Turkish.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

PTT Kargo parcel barcodes are often 13 digits with no letters.
Example format
RR123456789TR
Two letters, nine digits and TR for items mailed in Turkey. Items arriving from abroad keep their original number, such as one ending in CH or FR.

Many PTT Kargo barcodes start with KP followed by 11 digits.
PTT barcodes are recognized from their format, including international numbers ending in TR and KP numbers. Aras Kargo also uses 13-digit numbers, so Kargo Radar checks both when needed and shows the one that has your package.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has PTT Kargo selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
PTT describes tracking events in Turkish. These descriptions appear on recent PTT shipments tracked with Kargo Radar:
If PTT’s tracking shows no arrival or forwarding record for your item, PTT’s FAQ says you can have a tracing request form (“haber isteme”) made out. Call 444 1 788 or go to any PTT office, with your barcode number to hand.
PTT’s service catalogue lists compensation for lost or damaged items, so ask how it applies to yours. Kargo Radar only displays the scans, which means it can’t open a tracing request for you.
Answers to common questions about PTT Kargo packages.
Paste your barcode number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with PTT and lists every scan, from the branch where the item was accepted to delivery.
Yes. International items keep the same number for the whole journey, so once the item reaches Turkey you can track it with PTT Kargo selected. If it was mailed from Switzerland, Austria, South Korea or Morocco, Kargo Radar can also check it with the origin country’s postal service.
It’s printed on the receipt you get at the PTT branch. For online orders shipped with PTT, the store shares it in the order details.
Under PTT’s 2026 service standards, parcels, express courier and registered items are delivered 1 to 4 days after the day of acceptance. The target depends on whether the sending and receiving areas are in a metropolitan city, a provincial center or a district. Addresses in villages, military units, prisons and hospitals are outside these targets; villages are served on PTT’s village delivery schedule. Kargo Radar looks PTT numbers up Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Turkey time, and a number entered outside those hours is queued and checked once lookups resume.
A notice is left for you, and the item is taken to the nearest PTT office or to a PTT parcel locker. Collect it from the office with your ID before the holding period ends, or open the locker with the code sent to you by text message. Items that aren’t collected in time are returned to the sender.
Yes. Tracking is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the Kargo Radar app to get a notification when its status changes.
