About OCA
OCA is an Argentine logistics company. Its site lists parcel delivery, e-commerce fulfilment, mail, certified communications, health logistics and heavy freight, and names Mercado Libre among its clients. Its branches are called Puntos OCA.
OCA’s delivery rules are worth knowing. Its help center says standard home delivery gets two visits, Monday to Saturday, without prior scheduling. If nobody’s home, the parcel waits at the assigned branch for 5 business days and then returns to the sender, without exception.
Kargo Radar reads OCA’s public parcel tracking service. Statuses stay in Spanish, and any reason OCA gives appears in brackets; the overall status appears in English. OCA tracks tickets, ID documents, cards and postal items separately by product type, so those are better checked on OCA’s own page. OCA has no connection with Kargo Radar, which is an independent app.
What do OCA tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
OCA says to leave out the separate “-1” at the end. If you don’t have the number, OCA says only the sender can give it to you.

OCA numbers contain only digits, which could match other carriers, so they aren’t recognized automatically. Stay on this page and search; OCA is already selected.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about OCA statuses
OCA words its statuses in Spanish. Here’s the usual order:
- En proceso de Retiro
- OCA is due to collect the parcel from the sender.
- Retirado en Origen
- Collected from the sender.
- En Proceso en OCA / Procesado en OCA
- Being handled inside OCA’s network.
- En viaje a Centro de Distribución de Destino
- On the way to the destination distribution center.

- Reached the destination distribution center.
- Programado para visita a domicilio
- Scheduled for a home visit.
- Visita a Domicilio en Curso
- The courier is on the home delivery round.
- Entregado
- Delivered.
OCA customer support
OCA sends many questions back to the sender, who it says is the only person able to handle some cases, such as a shipment that hasn’t appeared after 48 business hours. The sender is also the one to ask about resending a returned parcel.
For collection, go to the assigned Punto OCA with your DNI. Someone else over 18 can go with a copy of your DNI, a handwritten note and the shipment number. OCA says a wrong address can’t be changed in transit. Kargo Radar can’t reach OCA for you or stop a return.

How do I follow an OCA parcel?

Where do I get my OCA tracking number?
OCA says you need to ask your sender, usually the shop you bought from. If you sent the parcel yourself, use the guide number or admission order you were given.
Is OCA tracking here live?
Yes, in the sense that Kargo Radar queries OCA on each search and shows the record as it stands. It won’t show progress OCA hasn’t recorded, so a parcel can be ahead of its last status.
OCA has no record of my number. What now?
OCA says some items only show up 48 business hours after drop-off, so give it time. After that, it’s the sender who must check the shipment, as OCA won’t handle that query with the recipient.
I missed the OCA visit. Will it come back?
Standard home delivery gets two visits. After that, you have 5 business days to collect from the assigned branch before the parcel returns to the sender. Find the branch’s phone number in OCA’s directory if you need to check first.
Can I change the delivery address on an OCA parcel?
OCA says no: a wrong address can’t be changed and the shipment can’t be interrupted. It goes through the visits, then back to the sender if nobody collects it. Ask the sender to send it again if that happens.
