About Yurtiçi Kargo
Yurtiçi Kargo is one of Turkey’s longest-established private carriers, with branches across the country. It delivers for individuals, businesses and online stores.
Founded in 1982, Yurtiçi Kargo describes itself as the first Turkish cargo brand. It serves all 81 provinces of Turkey and Northern Cyprus with more than 1,000 branches, over 1,200 service units, 33 transfer centers and a fleet of more than 6,000 vehicles. Alongside standard delivery, it offers an express VIP service, collect-on-delivery shipments, paid in cash or by credit card at the door, and pickup at a branch for recipients who would rather collect their package.

Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

A claim for a lost, damaged or late package goes in writing to the branch that sent or delivered it, or to its regional directorate. Attach proof of the contents’ value, such as an invoice. Kargo Radar can’t file that claim or speak to the branch for you; it only reads the tracking record.
