When any of your packages, including Jordan Post, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Jordan Post handles mail, parcels and EMS express items in Jordan. Tracking isn’t available for everything. Jordan Post says parcels can’t be tracked unless they’re registered, and that regular mail can’t be followed at its destination. If you sent an ordinary letter, there may be no number to look up.
Incoming parcels pass through customs at Jordan Post’s International Exchange Center. Jordan Post’s guide says its customs unit inspects incoming parcels, and that high-value or commercial shipments may go to customs clearance companies, which charge a percentage of the parcel’s value. If your parcel stops moving there, the customs events below tell you more.
Kargo Radar reads Jordan Post’s tracking system, which uses standard Universal Postal Union event names in English. Items sent abroad can also show events from the destination country’s post. Items arriving from other countries show the steps inside Jordan. Times are local to the country where each event happened. If we can’t reach that system, you’ll see a temporary error, which doesn’t mean your number is wrong.
Kargo Radar is privately run and unconnected to Jordan Post or the Jordanian government. We can’t speak for either of them.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Same shape, but it ends with the code of the country it was posted in.
Leave out spaces. The two letters at the end show the country where the item was posted, not where it’s going.
Numbers ending in JO are recognized automatically and looked up with Jordan Post; in the app they’re saved as “International Post.” A number from another country is normally sent to that country’s post, so use the form on this page, which is set to Jordan Post, to see the Jordanian steps.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Jordan Post selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Jordan Post numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Jordan Post from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Jordan Post uses the postal industry’s standard event names. They can be hard to read, so here’s what they mean:
Jordan Post says all inquiries and complaints go through its call center; find the current contact details on its website. If you’re the sender of an item posted elsewhere, your own country’s post is usually the place to start an inquiry. For a commercial purchase, the seller can often chase the parcel more easily than you can.
Kargo Radar only reads Jordan Post’s tracking. We can’t clear a parcel through customs, arrange collection or file a complaint on your behalf.
Answers to common questions about Jordan Post packages.
Enter the full 13-character number in the form here. It must have two letters, nine digits and two more letters, otherwise Jordan Post’s tracker won’t accept it.
If you posted it yourself, the number is on your post office receipt or EMS waybill. If someone sent it to you from abroad, ask the sender or seller, as they’ll have it from their local post.
It shows the latest event in Jordan Post’s system when you search. Since mail is only logged at certain points, such as a sorting office or customs, your item could be some way past the last line shown.
Jordan Post’s message is “No information, please check your item identifier.” Recheck the characters, then allow a few days if the item was only just posted abroad, as it won’t show in Jordan until it arrives. Unregistered mail never appears at all.
Look at the newest customs event for a retention reason. Jordan Post says some high-value or commercial items are sent to clearance companies, which charge a percentage of the value. Contact Jordan Post’s call center with your number to find out what’s needed from you.
Jordan Post says the person concerned can authorize someone else to collect it, using an authorization or an official power of attorney. Ask at the post office which document they’ll accept before sending someone.
No. Jordan Post handles Sharia and legal notices with separate barcodes that start with RC or RJ, and it has its own inquiry page for them. The form on this page only works with the 13-character postal format.
