When any of your packages, including Servientrega, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Servientrega is a Colombian shipping and logistics company. Besides door-to-door delivery, its FAQ describes “reclamo en oficina”, where the sender picks a destination office and the recipient collects there with their national ID.
Servientrega also offers pago contraentrega, or cash on delivery. According to its FAQ, a shipment that nobody collects goes back to the origin city at the sender’s cost, so a missed collection can cost the seller more than the original freight.
Kargo Radar reads the tracking service behind Servientrega’s Colombian portal. Movements appear in Spanish, as Servientrega words them, and the overall status appears in English. Sometimes the service asks for extra verification before showing a number; Kargo Radar can’t pass that check, so use Servientrega’s own page if it happens. Sender and recipient details aren’t read. Kargo Radar is an independent service, separate from Servientrega.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Servientrega says the number is at the top right of the invoice. If you don’t have it, its own site also offers tracking by reference and by recipient.
A digits-only guía could belong to several carriers, so it’s never matched to Servientrega automatically. The form here is already set to Servientrega, so there’s nothing to choose.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Servientrega selected and takes you straight to the results.
Servientrega numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Servientrega from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Servientrega’s movements appear in Spanish, usually without accents:
Servientrega says shipments that have run out of delivery attempts are declared “en rezago”, and it publishes monthly lists of them. If yours is affected, either the sender or the recipient can contact Servientrega through its channels to recover it.
For loss or damage, the FAQ says compensation is based on the value declared when the shipment was sent, so the sender, who declared it, should start there. Kargo Radar isn’t part of Servientrega and can’t correct an address, arrange a new attempt or handle compensation.
Answers to common questions about Servientrega packages.
Use the form at the top of this page. Enter the digits and you’ll see the list of movements with dates and cities. An account isn’t required.
Servientrega says to look at the top right of the invoice. A shop that shipped to you should have sent it in a confirmation message.
We ask Servientrega when you press search, so the page reflects its latest record. A van may already be near you while the last scan still shows the logistics center.
Remove any hyphens or spaces and compare it with the invoice. New labels can take time to appear. If you have a reference instead of a guía, try Servientrega’s tracking by reference on its website.
Servientrega uses it for shipments that used up their delivery attempts and were declared abandoned. They can still be recovered: sender or recipient should get in touch with Servientrega through its service channels.
With “reclamo en oficina”, go to the office the sender chose and bring your national ID, the cédula. Servientrega’s FAQ says it’s checked against the details the sender gave, so the name needs to match.
