About Helthjem
Helthjem is a Norwegian parcel carrier that online shops offer as a home delivery option. Its delivery model is unusual: Helthjem says it delivers at night, so you don’t need to be home to receive or sign for a parcel. It’s left on your doormat or in your mailbox, and you get an SMS, usually around 6 in the morning.
Names matter with this kind of delivery. Helthjem asks you to label your mailbox and doormat with your full name so that the courier can find the right door. Where it doesn’t cover your address, it says your parcel goes to your nearest pickup point instead.
Kargo Radar reads the data behind Helthjem’s sporing page. Helthjem supplies its event text only in Norwegian, so that wording stays in the history, while the overall status comes from the carrier’s status codes and appears in English. Kargo Radar is an independent service, not part of Helthjem.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

Helthjem customer support
Helthjem’s customer service is the place to go about a missing parcel or a delivery problem, and you can reach it through its contact page. If your address looks wrong, check the one registered with the shop as well, because Helthjem delivers to what the shop sent it.
Ask the shop about refunds, exchanges and anything to do with your order. Kargo Radar can show you the tracking history, but it can’t reschedule a night delivery or open a search for a parcel.

How do I track a Helthjem parcel?

My tracking number isn’t found. What should I do?
Make sure the digits match the shop’s email. A number may not work until the shop has passed the shipment to Helthjem, so wait a little and search again. If it’s still missing after that, the shop can confirm the number.
Helthjem says delivered, but I can’t find my parcel.
Helthjem suggests checking your mailbox and doormat, and in an apartment block your neighbour’s doormat too. If it hasn’t turned up a day after you’ve checked, contact its customer service.
The tracking has stopped moving. Is my parcel lost?
Not necessarily. Helthjem says parcels usually arrive within a couple of days but can take up to a week. It asks you to contact customer service if the tracking hasn’t changed for more than 7 days.
The courier couldn’t find me. What happens now?
Helthjem’s terms say a delivery can fail when the address is incomplete or the recipient can’t be found there. Make sure your door and mailbox are clearly marked with your full name, and ask its customer service about another attempt.
I ordered from a shop abroad. Why no email from Helthjem?
Helthjem says parcels ordered from abroad don’t trigger its “Pakken din fra XX er på vei” email, the one you’d normally use to check your address. Look at the address you registered with the shop instead.
