SingPost (Singapore Post) is Singapore’s designated Public Postal Licensee. It describes itself as a postal and eCommerce logistics provider in Asia Pacific, with services ranging from national and international post to last-mile delivery.
SingPost lists tracking for smartpac, Registered Service and all Speedpost services, so an item sent another way may have no number to enter. It also runs POPStations, unmanned lockers where only someone with the unique PIN or QR code can collect a parcel. If you miss a delivery, SingPost says it will often try again automatically, typically on the next working day.
Kargo Radar reads the event data behind SingPost’s Track Item page. Events are in English, and origin, destination and service type appear when SingPost provides them. If SingPost restricts automated access, lookups here may fail for a time, and SingPost’s own page is the fallback. Kargo Radar is independent, with no link to SingPost.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

SingPost says the number is on your receipt or consignment note. On smartpac, it’s printed on the product itself.
A number ending in SG follows the international postal format, so Kargo Radar recognizes it and sends it to SingPost automatically, even from the homepage.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has SingPost selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Events on SingPost items can come from both Singapore and the destination country:
SingPost’s enquiry form covers Delivery Issues, Item status and Redelivery Request, and you’ll need your item details to complete it. The sender has the receipt, so ask them to help if a number or proof of posting is required. For items sent to another country, the destination post handles the final delivery.
If a notification card is left, SingPost holds the item at the post office named on the card for 10 working days. After that, it goes back to the sender. Kargo Radar has no way to book a redelivery, extend that period or open an enquiry for you.
Answers to common questions about SingPost packages.
Type the number ending in SG into the form. You’ll see the service type when SingPost gives it, along with events in Singapore and often in the destination country.
Look at the receipt or consignment note from when the item was sent. On a smartpac, it’s on the product. If someone sent you the item, you’ll need to get it from them.
The record is requested from SingPost as soon as you search, so it’s what SingPost is reporting then. Letters and parcels aren’t scanned continuously, so an item can be further along than the record suggests.
SingPost returns no match if it doesn’t recognize the number. Check it against the receipt, then wait a little if it was only just posted. Ordinary items without a tracked service won’t have events at all.
SingPost may leave a notification card and will often retry on the next working day. If the card names a post office, collect the item there within 10 working days, or it returns to the sender.
Go to the POPStation in your SMS and choose “Collect My Parcel”. Then enter your PIN or scan the QR code and take your parcel from the locker.
The sender has created the shipment, but SingPost hasn’t got the item. If this event stays at the top for days, ask the sender or shop whether they’ve actually posted it.
