Barid Al-Maghrib, also known as Poste Maroc, is Morocco’s national postal operator. It delivers mail and parcels within Morocco and sends international items through the global postal network.
According to Morocco’s Court of Accounts (Cour des comptes), Barid Al-Maghrib was created as a public establishment in 1998 and later became a public limited company whose sole shareholder is the state. On barid.ma, the group lists Amana for domestic deliveries (“Amana messagerie nationale” and “Amana 7dak”), PostColis, EMS and Chrono Express International for items sent abroad, and the My Amana app for tracking mail and parcels.
Barid Al-Maghrib’s tracking page shows events in French. Kargo Radar shows them as they are and adds a plain-English status summary. Delivery events from the destination country’s postal service can also appear in the record.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Barid Al-Maghrib event descriptions are in French. Common ones include:
Barid Al-Maghrib’s customer service is on 080 200 60 60. Its contact page, in French, also has a form where you choose a subject, such as Amana or Courrier, and write your message. The customer service box on the site links to complaints in the personal account area (“Assistance - Réclamations”).
The pages we could read don’t say who can claim for a lost or damaged item, so ask when you call, with your number and receipt ready. We only read the tracking record, so sending a complaint or calling the post office is something we can’t do for you.
