Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
DHL Express is the international express delivery division of DHL Group. Its shipments carry a waybill number, which DHL also calls the tracking number.
DHL says you’ll find the number on the shipment label, on the digital copy of the waybill prepared by the shipper, or in the shipment confirmation. If you don’t have a tracking number, DHL advises contacting the shipper.
Kargo Radar reads DHL Express events from DHL’s official tracking service, Deutsche Post DHL Group’s Shipment Tracking API. Kargo Radar is an independent app and isn’t affiliated with DHL.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Some DHL Express numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose DHL Express from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Start with DHL Express customer service for your country, and have the waybill number ready. DHL’s own guides make that contact the first step for a lost or damaged shipment. Keep the invoice and photos of any damage. The claim right usually belongs to the party billed for the shipment or to the shipper, so a recipient may need to ask them to act.
To change a delivery date or place, DHL points you to On Demand Delivery, which needs the waybill number. Kargo Radar reads DHL’s tracking data and has no way to redirect a shipment or claim on your behalf.
