USPS tracking results aren’t shown inside Kargo Radar, and there are no notifications for USPS packages. Kargo Radar recognizes the number and opens it on the USPS website.
USPS says the tracking number is the series of numbers under the barcode. USPS keeps USPS Tracking records for 120 days, and for 2 years for Priority Mail Express and Certified Mail, so older numbers may no longer return results.
USPS also offers Informed Delivery for mail and package notifications. Kargo Radar is an independent app and isn’t affiliated with the United States Postal Service.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

If a package is missing, check USPS Tracking, then submit a Missing Mail search request. USPS accepts these starting 7 days from mailing and asks for both addresses, the tracking number and a description of the contents.
Insured mail that’s lost, damaged or missing contents can be claimed by either the sender or the recipient. You’ll need evidence of insurance and proof of value, and for damage, photos and the packaging. File damage claims within 60 days of mailing. Kargo Radar just hands your number over to USPS.com, so searches and claims have to be filed with USPS yourself.
