When any of your packages, including APC Overnight, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
APC Overnight is a UK parcel delivery network, operated by The Alternative Parcels Company Limited. APC says it has been running since 1994 and is made up of more than 90 independently owned member depots. Because of that structure, the depot nearest the delivery address usually handles your questions.
APC focuses on business shipments, with timed and next-day services. If you receive a parcel, APC says you can track it and manage your options through its APC Choice service, including choosing a new date.
Kargo Radar reads the public APC Choice tracking page when you look up a number. Events arrive in English with the UK date and time, but APC doesn’t publish a location for each scan. If a parcel shows “Delivered” after a return, Kargo Radar treats it as having reached the sender. Kargo Radar is a separate, independent service with no link to APC.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Use the full 22 digits. The shorter 7-digit consignment number shown in APC’s summary is just the end of the waybill and won’t work in this form.
A 22-digit number made only of digits could belong to another carrier, so it isn’t recognized from the number alone. This form already has APC Overnight selected.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has APC Overnight selected and takes you straight to the results.
APC Overnight numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose APC Overnight from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
These phrases come straight from APC’s tracking events:
Your local APC depot handles delivery problems. APC’s customer service form asks for the postcode where the delivery is due and forwards your message to that depot. The consignment number is optional on the form, though it helps. Depot Finder locates the depot directly.
If you’re expecting a parcel that never moved, contact the company that sent it too, because they booked the delivery. Kargo Radar only displays tracking and can’t rebook a delivery or open a claim with APC.
Answers to common questions about APC Overnight packages.
Enter the 22-digit waybill in the form above. You’ll see the scans from the sending depot through to delivery, with the UK date and time of each one.
Ask the sender, or check the dispatch email or text from the shop. The long number begins with the shipping date, such as 2026 followed by the month and day.
APC’s tracking form on apc.co.uk asks for a consignment number and a postcode together. Kargo Radar reads the APC Choice page by waybill, which needs no postcode for scan history.
Every lookup asks APC again, so you see what APC reports at that moment. A parcel can be further along than the page says if the last depot hasn’t scanned it yet.
Check you have all 22 digits and that the first 8 form a real date. APC replies “Your consignment could not be found” for unknown numbers. If the shop has only just booked it, try again later or ask them to confirm the waybill.
APC says to contact your local depot to rebook or arrange collection. Collecting on the day of the failed attempt isn’t possible, and a next-day collection has to be requested earlier in the day.
Yes. Save the waybill in the Kargo Radar app and it will notify you when the status changes. There’s no charge and no account is needed to look up a parcel.
