About BOX NOW
BOX NOW describes itself as a hybrid logistics and tech company offering smart parcel delivery. It runs parcel lockers, with separate websites for Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Croatia. Its FAQs cover orders from online shops as well as parcels people send themselves.
Delivery works differently from a door-to-door courier. BOX NOW says its lockers stand in outdoor spots that are open around the clock and run on solar power. When the parcel arrives, you get a 6-digit PIN, type it on the locker keypad and a door opens. People also send parcels between lockers using a 10-digit parcel ID.
Kargo Radar reads the same tracking data as the BOX NOW sites, whichever country your parcel is in, and shows the event types in English with the place and time. It doesn’t read the payment amount or address details, so it can’t tell you what you owe. Kargo Radar is a separate company from BOX NOW and can’t open a locker or resend a PIN.
What do BOX NOW tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Don’t confuse this number with the 6-digit PIN. The PIN opens the locker door and won’t work for tracking.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about BOX NOW statuses
These are the steps BOX NOW parcels usually go through:
- Parcel registered
- The shipment exists in BOX NOW’s system. The shop may not have handed it over yet.
- Parcel at BOX NOW warehouse
- It has reached a BOX NOW depot and is being moved towards your locker.
- Parcel in the destination locker, ready for pickup
- It’s in your locker. Your PIN should arrive around now, and the pickup deadline is running.
- Parcel delivered
- The parcel has been taken out of the locker.
BOX NOW customer support
Contact the shop if your order was never handed over, or if you want a refund or a replacement. BOX NOW’s Cyprus FAQ points out that a late order may simply not have been prepared by the merchant yet. Contact BOX NOW itself about a missing PIN, a locker door that won’t open or an expired pickup time.
Each country site has its own phone line and contact page, so use the one for the country your locker is in. Kargo Radar has no access to lockers, PINs or deadlines. The official “Track your parcel” page is where you resend a PIN or extend the time.

How do I track a BOX NOW parcel?
Put the 10-digit number in the form on this page. The result lists each depot and locker event, and you don’t have to say which country the parcel is in.
Where is my BOX NOW tracking number?
Search your email, SMS and Viber for the first message from BOX NOW, because that’s where it says the number is sent. If nothing came, ask the shop to confirm the phone number and email on your order.
Does this show my parcel’s live location?
No. You see the most recent event BOX NOW has recorded when you press track. There’s no map, and a parcel on a van won’t change status until it’s scanned at the depot or placed in the locker.
My BOX NOW number isn’t found. Why?
BOX NOW’s tracker returns nothing for a number it doesn’t know. Make sure you entered the 10-digit number and not the PIN or an order number. A brand-new order may need the shop to finish preparing it first.
I didn’t get my BOX NOW PIN. What can I do?
BOX NOW sends the PIN once the parcel is in the locker, so check that this step has happened. If you installed its app, notices go by email and through the app instead of SMS. The official tracking page has a “Resend PIN” link.
How long will my parcel stay in the locker?
It depends on the country. The Croatia FAQ says 96 hours, after which the parcel returns to the warehouse. The Cyprus FAQ says at least 24 hours, with another 24 available from its tracking page. Check “Last time pick up” on the official page for your exact deadline.
How do I pay for a cash-on-delivery BOX NOW parcel?
The tracking page asks you to pay before you collect an unpaid parcel, and BOX NOW’s Cyprus site calls this Pay on the go. You pay online once the parcel is in the locker. The same FAQ says locker-to-locker shipments have no cash-on-delivery option.
