About Sürat Kargo
Sürat Kargo is a Turkish carrier with a wide branch network, serving individuals, businesses and online stores.
Sürat Kargo has more than 800 branches across Turkey. Packages are delivered to the recipient’s address or, if the sender chooses phone-notice delivery, held at the branch for pickup. Some areas are served by mobile delivery units, and in places outside Sürat Kargo’s delivery areas, packages are collected from the branch. Senders can also have Sürat Kargo send text-message updates to the recipient. For online stores, it offers a cash-on-delivery service, and with Sürat Global it ships to more than 220 countries and regions through partnerships. If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, Sürat Kargo handles compensation claims in writing, and you can check a claim’s status on its website.
Event descriptions come from Sürat Kargo and are usually in Turkish. Kargo Radar adds an English status summary, so you can follow your package without reading Turkish.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

Sürat Kargo customer support
To raise a complaint or ask a question, use Sürat Kargo’s customer contact form, or call 0850 202 02 02. The form records your request and routes it to the relevant department.
To claim for a lost, damaged or late package, apply in writing at the branch it left from or arrived at, or at the responsible regional directorate. Include the shipment code and an invoice showing the value of the contents. For a lost package, Sürat Kargo searches all its units. Your claim stays between you and Sürat Kargo: Kargo Radar reads the tracking and takes no part in it.
