Thailand number
Example format
TH0123456AB78
TH followed by 10 to 12 letters and digits. Recognized automatically when it contains a letter after TH.

Check a Flash Express parcel in Thailand or the Philippines without installing the carrier’s app. Each scan and failed delivery reason appears in English, with place names as Flash wrote them.
Enter your Flash Express tracking number
When any of your packages, including Flash Express, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Flash Express is a parcel carrier whose site’s country selector lists Thailand, the Philippines and Laos. In its company description, Flash says it covers all 77 Thai provinces. Its Thai site lists services for businesses and individuals, including next-day and weekend delivery, and links to free home pickup.
Flash’s Thai tracking page lets you search up to 20 numbers at once, separated by a comma or a space. For privacy, it directs people to its app and a login to see more, and says the app’s “My parcels” menu is where you can chase a parcel or change a delivery time.
Kargo Radar reads the Thailand and Philippines tracking services, not Laos. Events come back in English, though branch names can include Thai script and codes like HUB or SP. The name of the person who signed for a parcel is removed. Kargo Radar has its own independent service and has no affiliation with Flash Express.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Example format
TH0123456AB78
TH followed by 10 to 12 letters and digits. Recognized automatically when it contains a letter after TH.
Example format
P01234567ABC
P followed by 11 or 12 letters and digits. Choose Flash Express for this one.
You can leave out spaces. If a number starting with TH has only digits, choose the carrier yourself.
Thailand numbers with TH and at least one later letter are detected from the number. Philippine P numbers are too short to be sure of, so choose Flash Express; this page’s form already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Flash Express selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Flash Express numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Flash Express from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Flash Express’s events can be unusually wordy. Here’s what a few of them mean:
In Thailand, Flash’s call center is 1436, open daily from 8:00 to 20:00, including public holidays, and individual customers can write to allcs@flashexpress.com. It takes questions about sending, receiving and tracking parcels. In the Philippines, use the contact page on Flash’s Philippine site. For an online order, it’s also worth asking the seller about a stuck or returned parcel.
Rescheduling is done through Flash, either via its app or its call center. Kargo Radar can’t change a delivery, and it can’t see the courier’s phone number or tell you who signed.
Answers to common questions about Flash Express packages.
Enter the number in the form. Kargo Radar asks Flash’s Thailand service for TH numbers and its Philippine service for P numbers, then lists each scan with its branch.
A shopping app or seller usually shows it with the shipping details, and it’s on the Flash label. If you’re expecting a parcel from someone, ask them to send it to you.
The lookup runs against Flash’s tracking service when you search, so you see its latest report. A courier’s attempt or a truck’s arrival only appears once Flash has logged it.
Confirm the first characters, since TH and P numbers go to different countries. A new label may also not be in the system until the parcel is picked up, so check again later before asking the seller.
That’s the reason Flash recorded for a failed attempt. If you didn’t ask for a new date, contact Flash’s call center or the seller, because your parcel may be waiting at the branch named in the event.
They’re Flash’s own branch names. Flash doesn’t explain them on its tracking page, but the Thai words after the code usually name the area, which helps you see how close the parcel is.
Kargo Radar shows Returned when Flash’s event says the parcel is going back or was delivered to the seller. Ask the sender about a refund or a new shipment, as the sender receives the parcel.
