When any of your packages, including MRW, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
MRW is a Spanish urgent parcel and document courier, founded in 1977 according to the company. MRW says it has more than 550 franchises and 58 logistics platforms across Andorra, Spain, Gibraltar and Portugal. Local franchises are central to how it works, so your nearest office is usually the one to speak to.
MRW also has a pick-up network called MRW Point: shops where customers can collect or drop off shipments. MRW’s platforms and logistics centers don’t serve the public, so going to one won’t get you your parcel. Sent from an office, your number appears on the receipt, called a justificante.
Kargo Radar uses MRW’s public tracking portal when you search and shows the full history, each line with a date, time and location. Text stays in Spanish, as MRW writes it. MRW’s portal limits query volume, so lookups can occasionally take longer. Kargo Radar has no commercial relationship with MRW and works as an independent site.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Digits only, so choose MRW on this page.
MRW calls this the número de envío. The first 5 digits usually identify the office, which helps when you need to contact it.
Numbers with a letter after the first 5 digits are recognized automatically. Twelve plain digits can match other carriers, so use this page, where MRW is selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has MRW selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some MRW numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose MRW from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
MRW writes statuses in Spanish. Here’s what you’re likely to see:
For delivery questions, your local MRW office is the first stop, and the office finder helps you locate it. MRW’s contact form also takes complaints (“Quiero hacer una reclamación”) and questions about MRW Point.
Be careful with payment requests. MRW says it never asks for payment through a link to complete a delivery, and that messages asking for shipping fees this way are fraudulent. Kargo Radar never takes payment for a delivery, and it can’t rearrange one or file a complaint with MRW.
Answers to common questions about MRW packages.
Paste the número de envío into the form above. Each row of the history gives a date, a time, a status in Spanish and the location, with the newest on top.
MRW says that if you sent the item from an office, the number is on the receipt you were given. If you’re receiving a parcel, ask the sender or check the shop’s email, or ask your MRW office.
Each search goes to MRW’s portal, so you see the latest it has published. Scans at franchise offices can trail what’s physically going on.
MRW’s portal shows the same blank result for an unknown number as for one outside its search period. So check the digits first. If it’s an older shipment, or a new one, ask the origin office.
Treat it as fake. MRW says it doesn’t ask for payment by link to make a delivery. If a shipment really is cash on delivery, called contra reembolso, the amount is settled at delivery.
MRW says free SMS alerts are available if you give your mobile number to the origin office, so the sender needs to arrange it when booking. Separately, Kargo Radar’s app notifies you of status changes once you save the number.
