When any of your packages, including DHL Parcel NL, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
DHL Parcel Benelux is now called DHL eCommerce Benelux. DHL says only the name changed. So a parcel described as coming from “DHL Parcel” and one from “DHL eCommerce” in the Netherlands are the same service.
Besides home delivery, DHL offers ServicePoints and DHL Lockers, which it says are found in places such as supermarkets, gas stations and sports clubs. It also delivers mailbox parcels. DHL says those can be followed with track and trace when sent to an address in the Netherlands.
Kargo Radar asks DHL’s track and trace service for the number and shows the events in English, using DHL’s own wording. We don’t send a postal code, so receiver details, signatures and the address of a ServicePoint aren’t returned or shown. Events also carry no place name. This is an unaffiliated service, not a DHL product.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

If a DHL number begins with 3S and has 4 letters after that, it’s more likely a PostNL code than a DHL one.
JVGL and 3S numbers are recognized on their own. JJD and SSCC numbers could belong to other DHL services, so use this page, where the carrier is already selected.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has DHL Parcel NL selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some DHL Parcel NL numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose DHL Parcel NL from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
These events appear in DHL’s tracking history:
DHL’s advice for a late or missing parcel is to contact the shipper, who starts the investigation and can claim any compensation. So if you ordered online, go to the shop first, with your number ready.
Delivery day or time can be changed in DHL’s own track and trace, up to 3 times per shipment, and not always when a signature is required or the parcel is already going to a nearby ServicePoint. Kargo Radar shows status only and can’t change a delivery or start a DHL investigation.
Answers to common questions about DHL Parcel NL packages.
Paste your JVGL, 3S, JJD or SSCC number in the form. Kargo Radar shows the events DHL has recorded and the current status.
DHL says the shipping number comes from DHL or from the online store where you ordered. If it’s not in the confirmation email, DHL tells you to ask the shipper.
Not here. DHL’s own site uses the postal code to confirm the destination and reveal extra detail. Kargo Radar doesn’t ask for it, so you’ll see the journey but not the receiver’s details or the ServicePoint address.
Your search goes to DHL’s service at that moment, so the page repeats whatever DHL currently holds. If a courier hasn’t scanned the parcel yet, reality may be a step ahead.
Check for missing letters or digits and try again. A label may also be made before DHL has the parcel, shown as “Shipment not yet received or processed”. If nothing appears after a while, ask the shipper.
Not on Kargo Radar, because the address only comes back with a postal code. Open DHL’s track and trace with your postal code to see it.
Yes, if it’s addressed to the Netherlands, according to DHL. The final event should read “Delivered in mailbox”. Save the number in the app if you want a notification when it arrives.
