Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
4PX (4PX Express) is a logistics company based in Shenzhen, China, that ships cross-border e-commerce orders out of China. You may see it on orders from sellers based in China.
4PX’s official tracking site, 4PX Global Order Tracking, is run by 4PX Express Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, and the company sums up its focus with the tagline “For Perfect X-border.” A result on that site can list two numbers for the same shipment: a Tracking No. and a separate 4PX Order No.
In the destination country, 4PX shipments are often handed over to the local postal service or a courier. When that happens, the final delivery steps can also be tracked with that carrier’s own tracking number.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Example format
4PX1234567890123CN
Starts with 4PX, continues with digits and ends in CN.
Numbers that start with 4PX and end in CN are recognized as 4PX. If the shipment was handed to another carrier in the destination country, the number that carrier gave it isn’t a 4PX number; look it up with that carrier.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has 4PX selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some 4PX numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose 4PX from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
If your 4PX parcel stalls, start with the seller, who registered the shipment and has the order details. 4PX’s tracking site lists a phone number in Shenzhen, 0755-23508000, and a contact form, but the page sets out no process for recipients or for lost parcels.
If the tracking shows a handover to a local post or courier, try that carrier for the last stage. Kargo Radar reads 4PX’s events only, and it can’t raise a case with 4PX or the seller.
Answers to common questions about 4PX packages.
Paste your 4PX tracking number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up in 4PX’s tracking system and lists every event in order.
If the seller just created the label, the first events can take a while to appear. Make sure the number matches what the seller sent you. If the shipment was handed to another carrier in your country, try that carrier’s tracking number too.
Look in the order details on the site or app you ordered from, or in the shipping confirmation from the seller.
Besides “In Transit,” “Arrived for Pickup” and “Delivered,” 4PX’s tracking site uses labels such as “Delivery abnormality,” “Exception,” “Trajectory stalled,” “Transported for too long,” “Suspected return,” “Returning” and “Returned.” Kargo Radar keeps the event descriptions from the 4PX record and sums them up as one status, such as In transit, Out for delivery or Delivered.
4PX Global Order Tracking takes numbers of 5 to 50 letters and digits. Kargo Radar detects numbers that start with 4PX and end in CN on its own; for any other 4PX number, keep 4PX selected, as the form on this page already does.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
