bpost is Belgium’s postal operator. It delivers letters and parcels to homes, post offices, parcel points and parcel lockers across Belgium.
bpost’s parent group renamed itself bnode in December 2025, and bpost remains the delivery brand in Belgium and the Netherlands. bnode describes bpost as Belgium’s leading postal operator, with a network of 2,300 service points: post offices, Post Points, parcel lockers and parcel points. Besides the Track & Trace page, bpost offers tracking in its My bpost app.
Items mailed to Belgium from another country can often be looked up with bpost using the sender’s international tracking number. Kargo Radar doesn’t show the recipient’s name or address.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

JJBE numbers and international numbers ending in BE are recognized automatically. Digit-only parcel barcodes look like other carriers’ numbers, so choose bpost for those; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has bpost selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some bpost numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose bpost from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
bpost says the sender files complaints about lost, damaged or undelivered parcels, using its online form. Recipients can’t. Damage complaints must reach bpost within 7 calendar days.
If your parcel came from Belgium and is damaged, contact the sender within 7 days and send photos of the packaging and contents. If it came from abroad, contact both the sender and bpost, on 02 278 51 26, with the same photos. At a Pick-up Point, you can refuse a damaged parcel and it goes back. Kargo Radar has no way to file any of this with bpost.
Answers to common questions about bpost packages.
Paste your bpost tracking number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with bpost and lists each event with its date, time and place.
Often, yes. Enter the international tracking number from the sender on this page, which checks it with bpost. The Belgian part of the trip usually appears there.
bpost adds an event when the item is scanned, for example at a sorting center or when it reaches a locker. Expect quiet periods between scans, especially for international items: once an item is abroad, bpost depends on the foreign post for updates.
bpost says barcodes starting with U are only created to get a shipment through customs. Those shipments are delivered without Track & Trace, so there are no events to show, on bpost or on Kargo Radar.
Yes. bpost says registered mail can be followed in Track & Trace or in the My bpost app. A registered-mail label created online has 23 characters. International registered items have 13 characters and end with a country code, such as RA123456789FR for an item sent from France.
Landmark Global is the cross-border parcel brand of bnode, the group bpost belongs to. An event such as “Landmark Global (bpost) has received the item” means the group has taken over an international shipment. If you save it in the Kargo Radar app, you get a push notification when the status changes.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
