About Paperfly
Paperfly is a Bangladeshi logistics company that delivers for online businesses. It says it began operating in February 2016 and offers doorstep delivery across all 64 districts, reaching 4,554 unions through its own points of presence.
Paperfly describes itself as a delivery partner for online businesses. For cash on delivery orders, it collects payment after a successful delivery and settles it with the merchant. Paperfly also offers pick and drop, packaging, warehousing and fulfillment.
Kargo Radar reads the data behind Paperfly’s tracking page and shows each event in English, with the time in Dhaka local time. Paperfly doesn’t give a location for each event, so the history won’t always show a place. After an order closes, the history can shrink to a few lines, but the overall status still comes through from Paperfly.
Kargo Radar is independent. It isn’t affiliated with Paperfly or Daraz.
What do Paperfly tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about Paperfly statuses
Paperfly’s events are short. Some come straight from its tracking data, and others are wording that Kargo Radar’s status mapping looks for:
- Parcel in transit
- The parcel is moving through Paperfly’s network, between the pickup area and your district.
- Out for delivery
- A delivery officer has the parcel and should be heading to you. Keep your phone on and have any COD money ready.
- Hold or reschedule
- The parcel didn’t go through as planned and may be tried later. Contact the shop if you don’t know why.
- Delivered
- Paperfly reports the delivery as finished. A closed order may jump to this status with little history before it.
Paperfly customer support
The shop that sold you the item is usually the right first contact, because it’s Paperfly’s customer and handles refunds, exchanges and wrong items. Tell it the order number. If you use Daraz, start with the order page in your Daraz account.
For a delivery problem, you can email Paperfly at Support@paperfly.com.bd or use the form on its contact page, which also lists its hotline and support hours. Kargo Radar shows the status only and can’t ask a delivery officer to come back.

How do I track a Paperfly parcel?

Where do I find my Paperfly tracking number?
Look in the message or order page from the shop. On Daraz orders, it may appear as a reference starting PFL-BD. If the shop only gives you its own order number, ask for the courier number.
Can I see my Paperfly parcel moving live?
Not on a map. Kargo Radar requests the latest record from Paperfly when you look up the number, so the page shows the newest update Paperfly has. An event only appears after it has been recorded, which can be behind the real position.
What does “Data not found” mean for my number?
Paperfly doesn’t have a record for that number. Check the dashes and the letter-and-digit pairs at the end. If the shop has only just created the order, try again after it’s been picked up.
Why does a delivered Paperfly order show so few events?
Paperfly’s record for a closed order can shrink to one line, sometimes “Parcel in transit”, even when the overall status is delivered. Kargo Radar adds the overall status as a final event so you can see the result.
How do I pay for a Paperfly cash on delivery order?
You pay the delivery officer when the parcel comes to your door. Paperfly says it collects payment after a successful delivery and pays the merchant. Check the amount with the shop first, because tracking doesn’t show it.
Does Paperfly deliver outside Dhaka?
Paperfly says yes. It lists all 64 districts of Bangladesh and delivery down to union level. If your area seems slow, the last scan here will show how far the parcel has got.
