Example format
EPG123456789012345
EPG followed by 15 digits. Recognized automatically.

Got a number that starts with EPG? Paste it here to follow the parcel through ePost Global’s processing center and on to the carrier that delivers it in your country.

When any of your packages, including ePost Global, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
ePost Global handles cross-border parcels, and its public tracking site is epgtrack.com. In the records we read, parcels start in the United States, go through an ePost Global processing center, and then pass to a carrier in the destination country for the final stretch. You may not have heard the name until a shipping email arrived, because the seller or shipper picks the route.
That handoff is what makes these parcels confusing. Once a parcel moves to the destination carrier, the history gains a second tracking number, and the delivery driver may belong to a company you recognize. The EPG number keeps working here after the handoff, so you can stay on one page. We couldn’t confirm details of ePost Global’s network on an official company page, so we don’t state any here.
Kargo Radar reads the data behind epgtrack.com. ePost Global’s own events and delivery carrier events both appear in English in the records we checked, though a local carrier’s wording can vary. Times don’t come with a time zone, so we assume the origin country for the early scans and the destination country after the handoff. Treat the exact hour as approximate. Kargo Radar is independent and isn’t affiliated with ePost Global.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Example format
EPG123456789012345
EPG followed by 15 digits. Recognized automatically.
Look up the EPG number here. A second number shown after the handoff belongs to the delivery carrier, so use it on that carrier’s site or its page on Kargo Radar.
The EPG prefix and 15 digits make these numbers easy to recognize, so they’re detected automatically wherever you paste one on Kargo Radar.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has ePost Global selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Events you’ll commonly see for an EPG number:
Start with the seller. They chose this shipping service and can ask about a late parcel, or arrange a refund or replacement. If the parcel has already been handed off, the local carrier named in the history is the one who can help with a missed delivery, a redelivery or a pickup point. Quote that carrier’s number, not the EPG one.
ePost Global’s tracking domain also hosts a chat helper called ePost Assist. We couldn’t find a verified phone number or email for recipients, so we don’t list one. Kargo Radar shows tracking only and can’t contact ePost Global or a delivery carrier for you.
Answers to common questions about ePost Global packages.
Paste the EPG number into the form on this page. You’ll see each event and the current status, from the first data record to the local carrier’s delivery scan.
It’s usually in the seller’s shipping email or in your order details on the marketplace. It starts with the letters EPG. If you can’t find it, ask the seller, because they booked the shipment.
Each search asks epgtrack.com for the record at that moment. International parcels often go quiet between scans, especially on a flight or at customs, so days with no new event don’t always mean a problem.
ePost Global’s own message in this case is that it hasn’t received any tracking updates. A brand-new label may simply have no events yet, so wait a day or two. If it stays empty, check all 15 digits and then ask the seller.
That’s the delivery carrier’s number, shown in the handoff event. The carrier’s site may show more about delivery options and pickup points, while the EPG number still gives you the whole journey here.
The history can’t always say. Events can stop for many reasons, including a customs check. If a long gap follows “Parcel Shipped”, check with the delivery carrier once you have its number, or ask the seller if you don’t.
Yes. Add the number to the Kargo Radar app, and a notification follows when the status moves, which helps during long gaps between international scans. There’s no charge for this tracking.
