Track a Nationex parcel with its shipment or parcel number. French speakers will know the carrier’s own page as “Repérer un colis”. Here you get each scan in English, along with what to do if delivery stalls.

When any of your packages, including Nationex, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Nationex is a parcel carrier from Quebec. It says it has been shipping across Canada since 1980, and its site has a dedicated page for delivery between Ontario and Quebec, including the Greater Toronto Area corridor. If you ordered from a Quebec or Ontario business, this may well be the name on your shipping email.
Sustainability is how Nationex presents itself. It calls itself a leader in sustainable delivery in Quebec and has announced that it’s the first Canadian parcel carrier certified as a B Corp. For you as a recipient, the more practical feature is that delivery instructions can be changed from a link in Nationex’s tracking email.
Kargo Radar reads the service behind Nationex’s tracking page and shows the English wording. That service publishes the same events in French on its own site. Times are shown as Eastern time, and photo records are left out because they aren’t movements. One safeguard matters: that service can return a near match for a mistyped number, so Kargo Radar only shows a result when the number matches exactly. Nationex has no connection with Kargo Radar, which is an independent service.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

11 digits. This follows one parcel, so use it when a shipment came in more than one box.
Nationex’s own page also accepts a 6-digit attempt notice number or a reference number. Those won’t match here, so look those up on nationex.com or use the shipment or parcel number.
Nationex numbers are digits only and could belong to many carriers, so they’re never recognized automatically. The form on this page already has Nationex selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Nationex selected and takes you straight to the results.
Nationex numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Nationex from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.

To change delivery instructions, use the link in Nationex’s tracking email. Nationex says you’ll answer security questions on its site before you can say where to leave the parcel. For a number that won’t track, or a parcel that seems lost, its Contact page has a form for customer service. Its support page also covers tracking, delivery instructions and address changes.
If you’re waiting for an order, the sender is also worth contacting, since that’s who booked the shipment and who can act on a refund or replacement. Kargo Radar only displays tracking information. It can’t reach a driver, change an address or open an investigation with Nationex.
Answers to common questions about Nationex packages.
Type the 9-digit shipment number or 11-digit parcel number into the form above. Spaces don’t matter. You’ll see the scan history, depot names where Nationex gives them, and the overall status.
Look in the shipping email from the seller or the tracking email from Nationex, or on the parcel’s label if you’re the sender. If you only have an attempt notice number, use it on Nationex’s own tracking page.
Yes, in the sense that each lookup goes to Nationex and returns what it has on record right then. It can trail behind the truck, because an event appears only after a driver or depot scans the parcel.
First count the digits, because a shipment number has 9 and a parcel number has 11. A reference or notice number won’t match here even if Nationex’s page accepts it. If the count is right and the shipment is recent, the sender may not have registered it yet, so try again later.
On nationex.com, yes: its French tracking page is called “Repérer un colis”. This page normally shows Nationex’s English wording, even when the shipment travels entirely inside Quebec.
Track each 11-digit parcel number on its own. A shipment number combines the history of every box in the shipment, which can hide the fact that one parcel stopped moving. If one stays behind, give that number to the sender or to Nationex.
Yes, through the link in the Nationex tracking email. Follow it to the delivery instructions button on Nationex’s site, answer the security questions, and describe the spot. Kargo Radar can’t pass instructions on for you.
