About Kolay Gelsin
Kolay Gelsin is a Turkish delivery company focused on e-commerce orders. In 2024 it combined with Sendeo, and both now operate under the Kolay Gelsin brand.
Kolay Gelsin took its first steps in 2016 and was formally founded in 2018. On its tracking page, you can choose a new delivery time, send the package to a different address, have it delivered to a neighbor, add directions for the courier or ask them not to ring the bell, and pick a time for a return to be collected from your door; its app offers the delivery time, address, neighbor and doorbell options too. Kolay Gelsin also works with partner businesses that serve as delivery and return points.
Event descriptions come from Kolay Gelsin and are usually in Turkish. Kargo Radar adds an English status summary, so you can follow your package without reading Turkish.

- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

Kolay Gelsin’s support center is the first stop, and its call center number is 444 48 62.
For damaged or lost parcels, the compensation page is aimed at the sender, who can apply within 20 days after the transport period, by petition through a distribution center or delivery point. On e-commerce orders, Kolay Gelsin pays the sender and not the recipient, so if you bought online, contact the seller. We can’t send a petition or speak to Kolay Gelsin for you; this site only reads tracking.

Its online delivery-time calculator gives estimates by route: from Istanbul, for example, 1 day to Ankara, Izmir or Bursa, 2 days to Antalya, 3 days to Erzurum and 4 days to Hakkari or Van. Kargo Radar doesn’t receive an estimated delivery date from Kolay Gelsin, so it shows the latest status and the event history instead.
