Aras Kargo is a Turkish carrier with a nationwide branch network. It delivers for online stores, businesses and individuals.
Aras Kargo has been delivering since 1979. Its network includes close to 1,000 branches and 29 transfer centers, plus more than 6,000 Aras pickup points at local shops and 24/7 parcel lockers, and it delivers to more than a million doors a day. Its standard service aims to deliver within 24 hours for distances up to 600 km and within 48 hours beyond that. Valuable items are accepted when they’re sent with a declared value and insurance.
Event descriptions come from Aras Kargo and are usually in Turkish. Kargo Radar adds an English status summary, so you can follow your package without reading Turkish.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.

Call Aras Kargo on 444 25 52, or use its “Bize Yazın” feedback form, which also lets you check a request you’ve already sent.
Only the sender or the recipient can claim compensation. The written petition goes to the unit the shipment left from or arrived at, or to that unit’s regional directorate. If you apply online, upload the signed petition and post the original to Aras’s head office. Decisions rest with Aras; Kargo Radar shows the scans and has no way to apply on your behalf.
