Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Relais Colis is a French parcel network built around delivery through local shops. Its own history says it began in 1969 as SOGEP, a delivery company for La Redoute, and created delivery through local shops in 1983. It also says GLS France acquired the network and brand in 2026, so you may see the GLS name around your parcel too.
Relais Colis says businesses and individuals can also send parcels from one Relais to another. The company’s history also mentions home delivery of bulky items and automated lockers in Belgium.
Kargo Radar reads the public “Suivre mon colis” page each time you search. Relais Colis publishes its updates only in French and with no status codes. We keep the French sentence and set the overall status in English from its meaning. Kargo Radar is not part of Relais Colis or GLS and runs independently of both.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Some older or partner numbers are shorter. Enter exactly what your email shows, without spaces.
These numbers come in several lengths and can look like those of other carriers. So they aren’t detected automatically, and this page has Relais Colis selected for you.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Relais Colis selected and takes you straight to the results.
Relais Colis numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Relais Colis from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Relais Colis writes updates in French. These are ones you may see:
Who to contact depends on how you got the parcel. If you ordered from an online shop, Relais Colis asks you to complain directly to that shop. If you sent or ordered the shipment on relaiscolis.com, and it’s late beyond the usual delay, use the claim form with your parcel number.
If you don’t have the number, the advanced search on Relais Colis’s site accepts the recipient’s email or phone. Kargo Radar can’t look a parcel up without its number, and it can’t extend a pick-up deadline or contact the shop for you.
Answers to common questions about Relais Colis packages.
Put your parcel number in the form above. You’ll get the overall status in English, with Relais Colis’s original French sentences underneath. The notes on this page translate the common ones.
Look in the shop’s dispatch email or text. If you can’t find it, Relais Colis’s “Je n’ai pas mon numéro de colis” search can find a parcel with the recipient’s email or phone number.
It shows the last update Relais Colis has published when you search. The parcel may already be further along if nobody has scanned it since then, and it won’t show a live position on a map.
That’s “No tracking data for your parcel”. Check the number, then wait a little if it was only just dispatched. If it stays blank, contact the shop that gave you the number.
Relais Colis says to show ID, such as an identity card, passport or driving licence, to the shopkeeper. Someone collecting for you needs a proxy signed by you, along with both ID cards.
Relais Colis says 9 calendar days, which is 7 working days. After that, the shop sends it back, so go as soon as you can.
Save the number in the app to get a notification when the status changes, including when the parcel is ready to collect. Tracking costs nothing.
