About ORLEN Paczka
ORLEN Paczka is a Polish parcel service for online shops and private senders. Parcels go through automated parcel lockers and partner points, including ORLEN fuel stations. Its service is domestic only, so both ends of the shipment are in Poland, and it doesn’t offer cash on delivery.
Timing is short on the receiving end. ORLEN Paczka says you have 3 working days to pick up your parcel after you get the code by SMS or email; after that it goes back to the sender. Someone else can collect it with your code. You can also scan a QR code or open the locker remotely in its app.
Kargo Radar reads ORLEN Paczka’s tracking data, which is written only in Polish. Steps with a known code are translated into English, and anything unfamiliar stays in Polish with the status taken from its wording. Times are local Polish time. Kargo Radar is an independent app and isn’t affiliated with ORLEN.
What do ORLEN Paczka tracking numbers look like?

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about ORLEN Paczka statuses
Polish wording you may see on the carrier’s site, and in events Kargo Radar couldn’t translate:
- Do odbioru
- Ready for pickup. Use your code before the deadline.
- Odebrana
- Picked up, so the delivery is complete.
- W drodze
- On the way, moving through the network.
- Przyjęta w sortowni
- Accepted at a sorting centre, often with the city named after it.
- Zwrot
- Return. The parcel is going back to the sender.
- Nieodebrana
- Not collected before the pickup deadline.
ORLEN Paczka customer support
If ORLEN Paczka’s tracking shows your parcel as lost, its FAQ says to contact customer service through the contact form. Complaints go through a separate form on its site. It also says you can claim a refund if a parcel arrives more than four working days after the shipping date.
Be careful with messages about your parcel. ORLEN Paczka says it doesn’t send tracking links by SMS and doesn’t ask for passwords or card details. Kargo Radar can’t extend a pickup, reopen a locker or file a complaint for you.

How do I track an ORLEN Paczka parcel in English?

Where do I get my ORLEN Paczka number?
A seller should give it in the order or shipping message. If you sent the parcel yourself, you get it when you create the shipment. The carrier’s tracking page also has fields for a waybill number and for a returned parcel’s number.
Does the page update live as the parcel moves?
No automatic stream is involved. Kargo Radar asks ORLEN Paczka when you search and shows what it says at that moment. There’s often a gap between a parcel moving and the next scan, so the status can look out of date for a while.
Why does ORLEN Paczka say there’s no data for my number?
Often it’s a typo, or the sender hasn’t handed the parcel over. “Brak danych” means no data, which we show as not found. If your number starts with AD, it’s an Allegro Delivery parcel and needs tracking at Allegro.
How long will my parcel wait at the pickup point?
3 working days from when you get the pickup code, according to the carrier. After that it’s returned to the sender. Check the date in your message.
I didn’t get a pickup code by SMS. What can I do?
ORLEN Paczka suggests checking your spam folder, any SMS blocks with your operator and whether your inbox is full. Make sure the number you gave is right. The code is also in your email and in the app.
Can I pay cash on delivery with ORLEN Paczka?
No. Its FAQ says cash on delivery isn’t offered, and that it doesn’t demand urgent payment through links. If a message asks you to pay, type the official site’s address into your browser to check instead of tapping the link.
