About Lotte Global Logistics
Lotte Global Logistics belongs to South Korea’s Lotte Group, and its parcel service goes by the name 롯데택배 (Lotte Parcel). Its company overview lists parcel service as its main business and describes the firm as a last-mile leader.
Beyond parcels, the company says it offers a global one-stop service covering warehousing, ocean and air freight, port handling and inland transport. For parcels, Lotte’s tracking page accepts a waybill number or a reservation number, and it states that only the last 3 months of information can be looked up.
Kargo Radar queries Lotte’s Korean tracking page, as no English version was available. Events stay in Korean with times in Korea time, and some carry only a date, which can appear as midnight. Origin and destination are shown when Lotte provides them, while courier names and phone numbers are stripped from the text. Lotte has no part in running Kargo Radar, which is an independent service.
What do Lotte Global Logistics tracking numbers look like?

A Lotte reservation number works on Lotte’s own site, but this form looks up the waybill number.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about Lotte Global Logistics statuses
Lotte writes its tracking events in Korean only, and Kargo Radar leaves them unchanged in the history. Wording you’re likely to meet:
- 보내시는 고객님으로부터 상품을 인수했습니다
- Lotte has received the item from the sender.
- 에 도착하였습니다
- Arrived at the place named just before it, such as a hub or delivery center.
- 배달 예정 입니다
- Delivery is scheduled, often with a time window. Kargo Radar shows Out for delivery.
- 배달 완료하였습니다
- Lotte has completed delivery.
- 물품을 받으셨습니다
- The recipient has received the item.
- 상품 발송 준비중
- The sender is preparing the item and hasn’t handed it over yet. Kargo Radar reports the number as not found.
Lotte Global Logistics customer support
Lotte’s customer center is 1588-2121, on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00, and it’s closed on weekends and public holidays. There’s also a KakaoTalk chat channel. Lotte says that if a parcel is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, you should first check the address and then contact the driver, the delivery agent or the customer center.
Report loss or damage through the customer center. Lotte asks you to photograph a damaged item as received and keep it, because throwing it away can make compensation difficult. If the box is undamaged but its contents are missing, Lotte sends you to the seller. Kargo Radar can’t open a claim or book a return for you.

How do I track a Lotte Parcel shipment?

Where can I find my Lotte waybill number?
Check the shipping text message, the order page at the store, or the label on the box. Lotte labels it 운송장 번호, and the Lotte Parcel app lets you paste it in too.
Is the Lotte status live?
It’s fetched from Lotte when you press track, so it reflects Lotte’s current record. That record only changes after a scan, which means your box may have moved on since the last line.
Why isn’t my Lotte number found?
Lotte’s FAQ says a number is registered after evening sorting on the scheduled pickup day, so try that evening or the next morning. If it still fails, check the digits and the carrier. The seller may not have handed the parcel over.
Why can’t I see an older Lotte shipment?
Lotte’s tracking page only offers information from the last 3 months. Once a shipment is older than that, Kargo Radar has nothing to read either, so keep any proof of delivery you need.
Can I change the address or choose a drop-off spot?
Lotte says to use the link in its arrival text message to pick a drop-off spot, or contact the driver if the message didn’t come. Before dispatch, the driver or customer center can handle an address change, which may add cost and one to two days.
