Poczta Polska is Poland’s national postal operator, designated to provide the universal postal service until 2035. Its Pocztex service delivers parcels to the door, to pickup points and to parcel lockers.
Poczta Polska says it runs dozens of sorting centers and more than 7,600 branches. Its Pocztex courier service can pick a parcel up from the sender and delivers it to the door or to more than 19,000 pickup points and parcel lockers. For items sent abroad, Poczta Polska’s tracking page lists EMS, GLOBAL Expres and postal parcels.
Kargo Radar uses Poczta Polska’s official tracking service, which covers items with an event in the last 30 days. Items mailed to Poland from abroad can often be looked up with the sender’s international number too.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Poczta Polska publishes its tracking events in Polish. Kargo Radar translates the common event types into English; rarer ones keep their Polish wording. Common events:
For a domestic postal parcel, the sender can file a complaint. The recipient can file only if the sender has waived the claim to them, or once the parcel has been delivered. Use the eReklamacje online form or the paper form at any post office.
A loss can be reported 14 days after posting, and complaints close 12 months after posting. Hidden damage or missing contents must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Poczta Polska must reply within 30 days. Kargo Radar isn’t part of this process and can’t file on your behalf.
Answers to common questions about Poczta Polska packages.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up in Poczta Polska’s official tracking service and lists each event with its date, time and post office.
Events appear when the item is scanned at a sorting center or post office. Poczta Polska’s tracking service also only covers items with an event in the last 30 days, so a parcel with no recent scan can disappear from it.
Poczta Polska’s tracking service returns event text in Polish. Kargo Radar translates the event types it recognizes; anything else is shown as Poczta Polska wrote it.
Poczta Polska says that for registered letters and registered business mail, its tracking shows the posting date and the delivery date but not the route in between.
Poczta Polska says tracking covers all registered items that come with a proof of posting, such as registered letters, postal parcels, Pocztex shipments and registered business mail. Letters with a declared value are the exception. Its tracking page gives example numbers such as RR123456789PL and EE123456789PL.
Poczta Polska says its tracking shows the current status of a shipment both on its own side and with foreign postal operators. If you save the item in the Kargo Radar app, it’s checked every hour, or every 20 minutes once it’s out for delivery, and you get a push notification when the status changes.
