About Pathao Courier
Pathao Courier is the delivery service of Pathao, a Bangladeshi platform also known for rides and food delivery. Pathao says its courier offers home delivery in all 64 districts, and it serves online businesses that sign up as merchants.
Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh, according to Pathao, and merchants can collect those payments through Instapay. Pathao also describes a return and exchange service for end customers, and it quotes 48 to 72 hours for its nationwide delivery. Its FAQ notes that operations outside Dhaka close on Fridays.
Kargo Radar reads the public data behind Pathao’s merchant tracking page, and the events appear in English with times in Bangladesh local time. You don’t need the Pathao app. Pathao’s own app tracking asks for a phone number and works only for parcels requested under that number, while the form here needs only the consignment ID.

What do Pathao Courier tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Pathao rejects IDs that aren’t 14 characters, so count them if your search fails. Your seller’s own order number won’t work here.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about Pathao Courier statuses
Pathao groups its events under the steps Accepted, Picked, In-Transit, Ready For Delivery and Delivered. You’ll often see lines like these:
- Pickup requested
- The merchant asked Pathao to collect the parcel. Pathao may not have it yet.
- Received at pickup hub
- The parcel is now at a Pathao hub, and the event names which one.
- Dispatched from
- The parcel has left that hub for the next one, and you may see this more than once.
- Assigned to … for delivery
- A rider has the parcel. The event may include the rider’s name and a contact number.
- Order weight has been updated
- Pathao changed the parcel’s recorded weight. It says nothing about where the parcel is.
Pathao Courier customer support
Start with the shop if you need a refund, an exchange or a different delivery address, because the merchant created the order in Pathao’s system. Pathao’s help centre tells merchants to report late, lost or damaged parcels from their dashboard or by email, with the consignment ID and details of the issue.
Pathao lists 09610003030 for courier services, and its main helpline for all services is 09678100800. It also has walk-in support centres. Kargo Radar can’t reach a rider or change a delivery for you.

How do I track a Pathao Courier parcel without the app?

Where do I find my Pathao consignment ID?
The shop gets it when it creates your delivery, so ask the shop if you didn’t receive it by message. It starts with D, has 14 characters, and includes letters and digits.
Does this show my Pathao parcel’s real location live?
It shows the latest logged step, not a moving dot. Each search asks Pathao for the current log. Once a rider is assigned, the parcel may already be close, even if no newer line has appeared.
What does “Invalid consignment” mean?
Pathao can’t match that ID, or the ID isn’t 14 characters long. Check for mixed-up characters like 0 and O. If it still fails, ask the shop to resend it, as it may have sent its own order number by mistake.
How long can Pathao hold my parcel?
Pathao’s merchant help says it can hold a product for up to 3 days, because longer holds risk damage. For anything longer, the merchant has to report it through the panel, so ask the shop before you travel.
Can I return or exchange a parcel through Pathao?
Pathao says its reverse logistics lets customers return or exchange items with merchants. The merchant has to arrange this, so start with the shop rather than the rider.
Why hasn’t my parcel moved over a Friday?
Pathao’s FAQ says operations outside Dhaka are closed on Fridays. A parcel going outside Dhaka may show no new event that day, and that alone doesn’t mean there’s a problem.
