Coordinadora is a Colombian logistics and courier company. Its tracking page asks for a “guía nacional” of 11 digits, so that’s the number to ask for if a shop ships with Coordinadora.
Coordinadora’s site explains that a “novedad” is anything getting in the way of normal delivery, such as a delay, a wrong address or missing paperwork. These notes are often the most useful part of the record, because they say why a shipment has stalled.
Kargo Radar reads the service behind Coordinadora’s tracking page. It shows the steps and notes in Spanish, as Coordinadora writes them, and an overall status in English. The first step often comes with no time of day. Kargo Radar doesn’t read complaint records, and it isn’t affiliated with Coordinadora; it’s an independent tracking app.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Enter digits only. If your number isn’t 11 digits long, it may be an order number from the shop rather than the guía.
An 11-digit number could belong to several carriers, so Coordinadora isn’t detected from the number. Use the form on this page, which already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Coordinadora selected and takes you straight to the results.
Coordinadora numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Coordinadora from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Coordinadora writes its steps in Spanish, in this order:
Coordinadora’s advice for a novedad is to have your guía and contact details ready and ask for a formal claim, so the case can be followed until it’s closed. If you bought from a shop, ask the shop as well: it booked the shipment and may be able to help with the delivery details.
Coordinadora’s site also covers “rezagos”, shipments left undelivered, and says its customer service can help recover them. Kargo Radar doesn’t handle claims or address changes, and it can’t contact the courier for you.
Answers to common questions about Coordinadora packages.
Type the 11 digits into the form on this page and search. You’ll get the step your shipment has reached, with any notes from Coordinadora underneath.
It’s printed on the guía you got when you sent the parcel. If you’re the buyer, look in the shop’s shipping email or order page, or ask the seller for it.
Kargo Radar fetches the record from Coordinadora at the moment you search. The parcel may be further along than the record shows when a terminal or courier hasn’t logged the latest step.
Coordinadora answers “GUIA NO EXISTE” when it has no record. Check you have all 11 digits, then wait a little if the seller has only just created the label. If it still fails, ask whoever booked the shipment to confirm the number.
It’s a note that something is affecting delivery. It might be a delay, an address problem or missing documents. Many notes don’t change the shipment’s status, but a wrong address won’t fix itself, so contact Coordinadora or the sender.
Not necessarily. The wording means “to be received by Coordinadora”, so the parcel may not be in its hands yet. Look for “EN TERMINAL ORIGEN” as the sign it has actually entered the network.
