When any of your packages, including Bosta, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Bosta is a delivery company whose site is aimed at businesses that ship online orders. On its own pages, Bosta describes itself as a logistics and technology company working in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
If a shop sent your parcel, it may be paid for at the door. Bosta’s pages for merchants describe collecting cash on delivery and passing it back to the business, which is why the shop is often the one that can change an order. Bosta also says customers get a text message with a tracking link after an order is placed, and that this message lets them reschedule or edit their address.
Bosta’s tracking data has no written event text, only status codes. Kargo Radar turns those codes into short English labels and adds the hub name, which Bosta gives in English. Very old shipments may come back with no scans, and we treat those as not found.
This is an independent service: Bosta doesn’t run or endorse Kargo Radar, and we have no link to the company.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Check the text message from Bosta or your order confirmation from the shop. The shop’s own order number is a different number and won’t work here.
A short number made up of digits could belong to many carriers, so Kargo Radar can’t tell it’s Bosta on its own. In other search boxes, choose Bosta from the list. The form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Bosta selected and takes you straight to the results.
Bosta numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Bosta from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Bosta sends status codes, not sentences, so these English labels are written by Kargo Radar from those codes:
If you’re waiting for an order, start with the link in Bosta’s text message, since Bosta says it can be used to reschedule or fix your address. For a refund, a wrong item or a cancelled order, talk to the shop, because the shop is Bosta’s customer and holds the order details. Merchants raise problems through a support ticket in the Bosta dashboard.
Kargo Radar can only show what Bosta reports. We can’t rebook a delivery, change an address or open a claim for you.
Answers to common questions about Bosta packages.
Type the number into the form at the top of this page. You’ll see each scan in order, with the time and the Bosta hub it happened at.
Bosta says it texts customers a tracking link once an order is placed, so check your messages first. If nothing arrived, ask the shop for the Bosta number, as it’s the one that created the shipment.
We ask Bosta at the moment you search, so you get whatever Bosta currently has on file. A parcel can have moved since its last scan, and that move won’t appear until someone at Bosta scans it.
Check for a mistyped digit first, then make sure you aren’t using the shop’s order number. A very new order may not be in the system yet, and a very old one may have no scan history left. If it still fails after a day, ask the shop to confirm the number.
Open the link in Bosta’s text message, which Bosta says lets you reschedule or edit your address. If you can’t find it, contact the shop, which can reach Bosta about the order. Don’t leave it long, since the parcel may be sent back to the shop.
Bosta offers cash on delivery to the businesses it works with, but the shop decides how an order is paid for. Your order confirmation will say if cash is due. Kargo Radar doesn’t show the amount, so check it with the shop before the courier arrives.
We’ve only confirmed this lookup with shipments in Egypt. Bosta also works in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, but those numbers may not be found here, so check with Bosta or the shop if one returns nothing.
