Kargoist is a Turkish delivery company that carries packages for online stores and businesses.
Kargoist describes itself as Turkey’s e-commerce carrier and offers same-city delivery. It works through branches, and its services include next-working-day delivery, Sunday delivery, cash on delivery by card or cash, and return pickup from your address. Its website, kargoist.com, has shown only a maintenance page since early 2026, so the details on this page come from its archived pages from before then.
Event descriptions come from Kargoist and are usually in Turkish. Kargo Radar adds an English status summary, so you can follow your package without reading Turkish.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Paste a Kargoist number on the Kargo Radar home page or in the app and the carrier is found for you. Other Turkish carriers use numbers of a similar length, so Kargo Radar checks the likely carriers and shows the one that has your package.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Kargoist selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Kargoist describes tracking events in Turkish. These descriptions appear on recent Kargoist shipments tracked with Kargo Radar:
Kargoist’s website currently shows only a maintenance notice, with no contact details, so we can’t point you to a working support page. Older contact numbers exist, but we can’t confirm they still work, so we’ve left them out.
Start with the shop or sender who booked the delivery, and check the text message about your shipment for a link. Kargo Radar still shows the tracking record from Cargo X, but it can’t reach Kargoist, change a delivery or open a claim.
Answers to common questions about Kargoist packages.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. Kargoist shipments are tracked on Cargo X’s tracking system (t.cargox.com.tr); Kargo Radar looks your number up there and shows the latest status and the full event history. For older shipments the tracking link may have expired.
It’s in the text message about your shipment and in the order details on the store’s website or app.
According to Kargoist’s FAQ page from before its website went into maintenance, a package that reaches the delivery branch is delivered the same day, or by the next working day at the latest when volumes are high. In provinces where Kargoist offers same-day delivery, packages collected by 5:30 p.m. are delivered the same day. Couriers deliver until 6 p.m., or until 8:30 p.m. on busy days. The total time also depends on where the package is sent from and to. You can change the delivery day through the link in Kargoist’s text message, and when Cargo X shows an estimated delivery date and the delivery branch, Kargo Radar shows them too.
The courier leaves a delivery notice and takes the package back to the branch. You need to collect it within 3 working days; otherwise, it’s returned to the branch it was sent from. Kargoist’s FAQ listed branch hours of 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays, and customer service hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Through the link in the text message, you can also approve delivery to another person in advance.
