When any of your packages, including TNT Italy, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
TNT’s Italian network now operates under FedEx, and tnt.it presents itself as FedEx Italy. That’s why tracking still happens on the TNT address while events mention FedEx Location points. FedEx says it has more than 1,500 points in Italy for sending shipments and arranging delivery or redelivery.
For domestic shipments, TNT identifies a parcel by its waybill number: two letters and eight digits. TNT’s page also lets you search by sender reference and ask for a paper proof of delivery, with the search cost charged to the sender’s company.
Kargo Radar queries TNT’s tracking service by waybill number, in Italian, with Italian local times. We don’t search by sender reference here. You can also enter an international Connote number, but we’ve only confirmed this lookup with domestic waybills, so try TNT’s own page if one isn’t found. Kargo Radar stands apart from TNT and FedEx as an independent site with no ties to them.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

TNT’s page gives this layout, or 9 digits such as 123456789, for international shipments.
A card that shows NA12345678-0 means you should enter NA12345678. This example is the one TNT uses on its own page.
Two letters and 8 digits can also match other carriers’ numbers, so TNT Italy isn’t detected automatically. This page has it selected already.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has TNT Italy selected and takes you straight to the results.
TNT Italy numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose TNT Italy from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
TNT’s tracking events are in Italian. These are the common ones:
If you find a “Lasciato Avviso” card, TNT’s dedicated form lets you arrange a new delivery. For anything else, TNT’s customer support page offers web support and phone support for TNT shipments, plus a separate route for shipments booked with FedEx.
If you’re expecting an order, the sender can often solve more than you can: they hold the contract, and TNT charges proof-of-delivery searches to the sender’s company. Kargo Radar can only display what TNT reports, so it can’t release a held parcel or book a delivery.
Answers to common questions about TNT Italy packages.
Type the lettera di vettura, both letters included, into the form above. The result shows the Italian events with date, time and depot, plus an overall status in English.
It’s on the waybill and on the “Lasciato Avviso” card, if you got one. Otherwise, ask the sender or check the shop’s shipping email.
Searching sends a fresh request to TNT, so you get its latest recorded event. It only moves when depot staff or a courier scan the parcel, so it can trail the real situation.
It means no shipment matched your search. Check both letters, and drop any dash and final digit from the number. New shipments can take time to appear, so try again later.
TNT’s courier came and you weren’t there. Use the Lasciato Avviso form with the card’s number to arrange a new delivery. Domestic numbers go in without the digit after the dash.
It means the parcel is being held at a depot, usually waiting for instructions or collection. TNT’s online guides explain that held shipments can be released, so contact TNT or the sender quickly.
It can, through the app. Add your waybill number and each status change sends you a notification, free of charge.
