About HepsiJet
HepsiJet is the logistics company of Hepsiburada, one of Turkey’s largest online marketplaces. It delivers Hepsiburada orders across Turkey.
HepsiJet started operating in 2017 and serves all 81 provinces of Turkey with more than 4,000 couriers, 21 transfer centers and 250 branches. Besides marketplace orders, it delivers for close to 2,000 business partners, and since 2021 its HepsiJet XL service has carried large, bulky items. Its delivery options are same-day, next-day, standard and scheduled delivery, where the package arrives in the time slot chosen. HepsiJet delivers every day of the week in three slots, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.; on Sundays, only same-day and next-day deliveries go out, in the afternoon and evening slots. Cash on delivery is available, paid to the courier.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

HepsiJet customer support
HepsiJet’s contact page takes opinions and complaints through several channels, including phone, WhatsApp and a web form.
For a lost or damaged delivery, its compensation procedure starts with your request. The petition needs the shipment or order number, what happened, the items and the amount claimed. HepsiJet then investigates across its branches and transfer centers. If gaps in the petition aren’t fixed in reasonable time, it’s rejected. Kargo Radar just reads HepsiJet’s tracking record, so the petition and any follow-up are yours to send.

Where do I find my HepsiJet tracking number?
HepsiJet sends it by text message and email once your order reaches HepsiJet. You can also get it from the seller you ordered from.
Can I track a HepsiJet package with my Hepsiburada order number?
No. HepsiJet says the order number, the delivery number and the return code are three different numbers, and you need the delivery number to track a package. Kargo Radar also looks packages up with HepsiJet by delivery number, so use the one from HepsiJet’s text message or email, or ask the seller for it.
Can I change the address or day of a HepsiJet delivery?
Yes, on HepsiJet’s tracking page, from the moment HepsiJet receives the package until the courier sets out for delivery. You can change the delivery address or move the delivery to one of the 3 working days after the current delivery date, each once per delivery, after confirming with a code sent by text message. If you won’t be home on the delivery day, you can ask for the package to be left with a neighbor in the same building or with the building’s security staff. Another person at your address can also receive it by giving their Turkish ID number and a signature. If no one is home, HepsiJet visits the address a second time. Kargo Radar doesn’t receive an estimated delivery date from HepsiJet; HepsiJet’s tracking page shows your current delivery date.
Can I track a HepsiJet package from outside Turkey?
Yes. Kargo Radar fetches the tracking data for you, so you can check a HepsiJet package from anywhere. Event descriptions stay in Turkish, while the overall status is shown in English.
