DPD UK (DPDgroup UK Ltd) is the UK company of the international DPD parcel network. It delivers to home and business addresses and to DPD Pickup points.
Senders can choose next-day delivery, timed DPD 10:30 and DPD 12:00 services, or weekend delivery within the UK. With DPD’s Predict service, recipients get a one-hour delivery window and can reschedule the night before or on the day, and Follow My Parcel shows the delivery’s progress on a live map with a 15-minute time slot. These rely on the mobile number and e-mail address the sender shares with DPD. Kargo Radar shows DPD UK’s events and status, not the delivery window or the map.
DPD UK records can include events from partner carriers elsewhere in the network. Kargo Radar only shows a parcel whose number exactly matches the one you entered.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

DPD UK numbers are digits only and look like other carriers’ numbers, so they aren’t detected automatically. In the app, choose DPD UK from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has DPD UK selected and takes you straight to the results.
DPD UK numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose DPD UK from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Common DPD UK event descriptions and what they mean:
To reach DPD UK about a delivery, use chat in the DPD app or on its website, where you enter your reference number and delivery postcode, or call Customer Service on 0121 275 0500.
For loss or damage, DPD’s online FAQ says only the contract holder can register a claim. That normally means whoever booked the delivery, so ask the sender first. DPD’s help page says a claim must be logged within 14 days of dispatch and formally made within 28. Kargo Radar shows DPD’s events but can’t make the claim or message the driver.
Answers to common questions about DPD UK packages.
Paste your parcel or consignment number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up in DPD UK’s tracking system and lists every event.
DPD UK shipments have a parcel number (usually 14 digits) and a consignment number. Either one works.
No. DPD UK’s lookup can return results for similar numbers, so Kargo Radar only shows a parcel when its number exactly matches yours. If there’s no exact match, nothing is shown.
DPD UK says it automatically tries to leave the parcel with a neighbor if you’re not in, and you can name a preferred neighbor or a safe place in advance. Otherwise the driver leaves a “sorry we missed you” card and can’t return the same day. With your reference number and postcode, DPD UK’s website then lets you choose a new delivery date, a safe place, a neighbor or collection from a local shop. Some options aren’t available if the sender asked for a signature.
Yes. When you choose a local Pickup shop on DPD UK’s website, DPD UK says your parcel will be ready there by midday the next day. Bring two pieces of ID: a photo ID and one that shows your address, such as a utility bill. To change the delivery address, contact the sender; DPD UK says retailers prefer to handle that themselves.
