When any of your packages, including POST Luxembourg, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
POST Luxembourg handles parcels, mail and registered letters in Luxembourg. Its Track and Trace page covers all three, and it also has a POST Colis & Courrier app.
Its PackUp service is free and lets you pick where parcels go. POST says PackUp 24/24 stations are found throughout the country and hold your parcel for seven days, available at any hour. PackUp Point uses partners such as post offices and service stations, and PackUp Home leaves parcels at a place you choose at home. You register through MyPost.
Kargo Radar asks POST’s tracking service for the number and shows its English events. POST gives a date for each event but no time, so ignore the time of day you may see. Items sent abroad also show events from the receiving post, and foreign numbers arriving in Luxembourg can work too. We’re an outside service, and POST Luxembourg has no connection with Kargo Radar.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

POST’s service only recognizes this international format, and its check digit must be correct. Courier numbers in other formats won’t work here.
A postal number ending in LU is sent to our general international post tracking by default. To read POST Luxembourg’s own events, use this page, where the carrier is already chosen.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has POST Luxembourg selected and takes you straight to the results.
POST Luxembourg numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose POST Luxembourg from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
POST uses international postal terms that can read oddly. Here’s what they mean:
POST Luxembourg’s customer service is on 8002 8004 from within Luxembourg and +352 2424 8004 from abroad, or you can use its contact form. Its parcel FAQ covers lost or damaged items and how long a PackUp Point keeps a parcel.
If an order from outside the EU is stuck, read POST’s customs page. Charges such as VAT and handling fees may be due, and you pay on delivery or at a POST outlet. Kargo Radar can’t pay or clear anything, and it can’t reach POST on your behalf.
Answers to common questions about POST Luxembourg packages.
Enter the whole 13-character number in the form on this page, letters included. The result lists each postal event by date, newest first.
If you sent the item, check your receipt. If you’re receiving it, look in the shop’s dispatch email or ask the sender.
We ask POST each time you search, so you’ll see what it reports at that moment. Scans can lag behind, and because POST gives dates only, you can’t tell the hour an event took place.
Check all 13 characters, as a single wrong digit fails the check. If it’s correct, the item may not be registered yet, or it may be with another carrier. Ask the sender which service they used.
POST says goods from outside the EU need customs formalities. VAT, customs duty and a handling fee may apply, and its site warns you to check that the seller’s price includes Luxembourg VAT.
Register on MyPost and choose a PackUp option. POST says it emails you once the parcel is delivered, and you then have seven days to collect it from a 24/24 station.
Yes. Save the number there to get a notification each time POST reports a new status. Lookups are free.
