When any of your packages, including Correos Express, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Correos Express, often shortened to CEX, is the urgent parcel company of Grupo Correos, Spain’s postal group. It serves both home shoppers and businesses, and it says it operates across the Iberian Peninsula after the group bought Correos Express Portugal in 2019.
It’s a separate company from standard Correos post, although the sender can choose delivery at a Correos office. The company mentions more than 2,300 such offices, and the recipient then needs a mobile phone for the notices.
Kargo Radar looks up your number through the Correos group’s shared locator and shows the events in English with Spanish local times. If the status shows you can arrange a new delivery, that action sits on Correos Express’s own site. Kargo Radar has no part in either Correos company and offers this tracking on its own.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

A number containing letters is probably not a Correos Express one. If it came from standard Correos post, use the Correos page.
Long digit-only numbers overlap with those of other carriers, so we can’t identify Correos Express from the number alone. The form on this page is already set to it.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Correos Express selected and takes you straight to the results.
Correos Express numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Correos Express from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
These are the messages you’ll most often see from Correos Express:
Correos Express’s site separates shipment questions from general queries: its contact form sends parcel questions through the customer service option. To reschedule after a missed attempt, its FAQ says to use your shipment number in the tracking locator and arrange a new delivery.
If you’re waiting for an order, the shop can also help, as the first event suggests asking the sender for further information. Kargo Radar can’t arrange a delivery or change a pick-up point, since those only work on Correos Express’s site.
Answers to common questions about Correos Express packages.
Enter the number in the form above and search. You’ll see every event from the locator, with Spanish local dates and times, in English.
The shop or sender normally puts it in the dispatch email or text. It’s also on the label, so ask the sender if you can’t see it anywhere.
Yes, in the sense that the locator is asked again on every search. It still can’t show a step nobody has scanned yet, so the shipment may already be further ahead.
Make sure it’s all digits and complete, and don’t mix it up with a Correos post number. If the shipment was just booked, the locator may not have it yet. Check with the sender if nothing appears later.
Correos Express says it makes a second attempt when nobody is home. To choose your own time, its FAQ says to use your number in the locator and arrange a new delivery.
If the sender chose office delivery, Correos Express says the office keeps it for up to 15 calendar days. Collect it as soon as you can after the notice arrives.
Save your number in the Kargo Radar app and it will send a notification when the status changes. It costs nothing to use.
