Enter your SY tracking number
When any of your packages, including Sunyou, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Sunyou Logistics (顺友物流) describes itself as a cross-border e-commerce logistics provider in China. It says it was founded in June 2008 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, with branches in Guangzhou, Dongguan, Yiwu, Kunshan and Ningbo.
Sunyou says its parcels fly directly from ports such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau, or go through a global transit center, with overseas hubs including Seoul, Bangkok, Dubai, Miami and Amsterdam. It reports handling over 100,000 parcels a day and serving more than 20,000 cross-border e-commerce businesses. Its shipping lines are sold to online sellers, so you’ll rarely deal with Sunyou directly.
Kargo Radar requests Sunyou’s events in English from its public tracking service, and shows each one in the time zone Sunyou recorded it. When Sunyou names the local carrier and its number, Kargo Radar lists them with the shipment. There’s no business relationship between Kargo Radar and Sunyou: Kargo Radar is independent.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

SY followed by 11 digits. Also recognized automatically.
A number your local post or courier gave you is a different number. Use the SY number here.
Both SY formats are recognized from the number itself, so pasting it anywhere on Kargo Radar will find Sunyou.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Sunyou selected and takes you straight to the results.
Paste the number into the search box on the home page or into the Kargo Radar app, and the carrier is recognized from the number’s format.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Common events on a Sunyou parcel, in the order they usually appear:
If you bought from an online shop, contact the seller first about a lost or late parcel, since the seller arranged the shipment. Sunyou also publishes a hotline, +86 4006075388, and an email address, mto@sypost.com.
After Hand Over To Last Mile, the local carrier handles delivery. If you need to arrange redelivery or collection, contact that carrier with its own number from the event history. Kargo Radar can show you the number but can’t reach either company for you.
Answers to common questions about Sunyou packages.
Paste the SY number into the form. You’ll get the route from origin to destination country and every event Sunyou has published, translated to English by Sunyou’s own service.
The online shop usually shows it in your order details or the shipping confirmation. It starts with SY, so ask the seller for it if the order page only lists a different code.
Each search asks Sunyou for its record at that moment. Long-distance parcels can go days between scans, especially on flights and at customs, so a quiet history doesn’t always mean a problem.
Sunyou returns nothing until it has a record for the parcel. Check for mistyped characters, wait a day or two after the shop’s shipping notice, then ask the seller to confirm the number.
The local carrier now has the parcel and may scan it in its own system. Look for a carrier name and number in the shipment details, then check them with that carrier, which may have newer events.
Sunyou’s tracking doesn’t give a time for this. Customs Clearance Inspection means the parcel is being checked, and Customs Clearance Completed Successfully means it has been released. The seller can help if customs asks for more information.
They’re status filters on Sunyou’s own tracking page, and its site doesn’t define them. If your parcel appears under one, read the newest event and ask the seller what it means for your order.
