FAN Courier is a Romanian courier company that delivers parcels across Romania, to the recipient’s address or to FANbox lockers and partner pickup points.
FAN Courier describes itself as the leading courier service in Romania since 2006. A parcel delivered to a FANbox can be collected for 2 calendar days by scanning the QR code or entering the PIN on the FANbox tablet, and the pickup period can be extended through the link in FAN Courier’s delivery-day SMS. Parcels left at a PayPoint partner store are kept for 7 calendar days. A parcel that isn’t collected in time goes back to the sender.
Kargo Radar checks FAN Courier’s tracking and shows the events in English. The recipient’s name is left out.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

FAN Courier AWB numbers contain only digits and look like other carriers’ numbers, so FAN Courier isn’t detected automatically. Choose FAN Courier from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has FAN Courier selected and takes you straight to the results.
FAN Courier numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose FAN Courier from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
For an undelivered parcel, FAN Courier’s FAQ points selfAWB users to Customer Support, then New Ticket, with the category “Delivery Delay”. Without an account, email the complaint with the AWB number and shipment details. If a parcel arrives damaged, ask the courier to fill out a damage report, then accept or refuse it.
Recipients can change the address through the SMS link or the FAN Courier app, which FAN Courier warns may delay delivery. Nothing here reaches FAN Courier: Kargo Radar can’t open a ticket or change an address.
Answers to common questions about FAN Courier packages.
Paste your 13-digit AWB number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with FAN Courier and lists every event with its date, time and city.
The sender has created the shipment, but FAN Courier hasn’t picked the parcel up or scanned it yet. Events appear once it does.
Events appear when the parcel is scanned at a hub or by the courier. There can be a gap with no new event while it travels between hubs.
Yes. FAN Courier lets you redirect a parcel to a FANbox locker in its mobile app, through the link in its SMS or by contacting the courier, depending on which lockers have space nearby.
The courier tries again the next day. You can also reschedule the delivery or redirect the parcel to a FANbox through the link in FAN Courier’s SMS or in its mobile app. Redirecting to another address counts as a new delivery and usually takes 24 to 48 hours, so it won’t arrive the same day.
FAN Courier says that when the sender is MEEST, the parcel most likely comes from China: MEEST is a logistics provider that acts as an intermediary for shipments, mainly from China. Track the parcel here with its FAN Courier AWB as usual.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
