DPD Polska is the Polish company of the DPD parcel network. It delivers parcels across Poland and hands international parcels to DPD partners abroad.
DPD Polska started operating in 1991 as Masterlink Express and took the name DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2007; it says its network has more than 35,000 pickup and drop-off points. Once your parcel is with the courier, DPD Polska lets you manage it in the DPD Mobile app or on mojapaczka.dpd.com.pl: change the delivery date by up to 3 business days, change the address, choose a neighbor or a safe place, send it to a DPD Pickup point or locker, or decline it.
Kargo Radar checks DPD Polska’s tracking. Notification messages and the recipient’s name are left out of the history.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

A 14-digit DPD parcel number made up of digits only.
Use the 14-character parcel number. DPD Polska’s own site also accepts a 9-character drop-off code (kod nadania), but Kargo Radar can’t track that code.
Numbers with 13 digits and a letter are recognized as DPD Polska. Fourteen-digit parcel numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so choose DPD Polska for those; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has DPD Poland selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some DPD Poland numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose DPD Poland from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
DPD Polska’s contact center is on 801 400 373 or 22 577-55-55. A claim covers damage, loss, missing contents or delay, and it’s made in writing, using the online form or by post. DPD decides within 30 days of receiving a complete claim.
For visible damage, make a damage report with the courier, on the day of delivery if you can. That report doesn’t start a claim, so you still need to file one and attach it, along with the waybill and proof of value. Our tracking is read-only: Kargo Radar can’t send DPD a claim.
Answers to common questions about DPD Poland packages.
Paste your DPD Polska number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with DPD Polska and lists every event with its date, time and depot.
DPD records an event at each depot and on the delivery round. There can be a gap with no new event between depots, and parcels sent abroad continue in the destination country’s DPD network.
Some DPD Polska tracking replies come back in Polish. Kargo Radar still recognizes the common Polish wording and shows the right status in English.
DPD Polska shows the courier’s phone number once the parcel is out for delivery, in the DPD Mobile app and on its own tracking site. Kargo Radar shows the tracking events but not the courier’s number.
DPD Polska says a parcel waits at a DPD Pickup point or parcel locker for 2 full business days, and this can’t currently be extended. After that, it goes back to the sender. You can collect it with the DPD Mobile app or with the pickup code DPD Polska sends by email.
Only partly. DPD Polska says parcels from some senders, including Temu, AliExpress and Shein, can’t be redirected to another address, a neighbor or a safe place. Once DPD Polska has the parcel, though, you can send it to a DPD Pickup point on the courier’s route.
