When any of your packages, including Early Bird, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Early Bird delivers parcels in Sweden. Its tracking events follow a parcel from the booking through terminals to delivery, and a delivery event can name the place the parcel was left, such as your mailbox. Because a delivery is booked with Early Bird before the parcel reaches it, the shop or sender you ordered from is usually the first place to ask about a shipment.
Kargo Radar reads the same tracking service as Early Bird’s own help page and asks for English text. The events don’t carry status codes, so Kargo Radar works out the overall status from the wording. Parcels from Early Bird’s older system can show Swedish text instead. The carrier returns up to 20 recent events, so a very long history may be cut short.
Sometimes Early Bird hands a parcel to another carrier, such as PostNord or DSV. Its service then points to that carrier rather than listing events, and Kargo Radar can’t follow the parcel from this page. Kargo Radar is an independent app and has no affiliation with Early Bird.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
Example format
00373402216000012345
Starts with 00373402216. The number is digits only and could be mistaken for another carrier’s.
Enter all 20 digits, including the leading zeros.
A digits-only number could belong to several carriers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t detect Early Bird numbers automatically. You don’t need to choose anything here, because this page’s form has Early Bird selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Early Bird selected and takes you straight to the results.
Early Bird numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Early Bird from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Wording you’ll see in the events, including older Swedish text:
Start with the shop you ordered from. It booked the delivery, holds your order details and can check the shipment with Early Bird. For help directly from the carrier, use the tracking and help page on Early Bird’s own site, and have your 20-digit number ready.
Kargo Radar only displays the events Early Bird reports. It can’t change a delivery, trace a missing parcel or contact the carrier on your behalf. If you think a parcel has gone missing, raise it with the shop as well, since your purchase agreement is with them.
Answers to common questions about Early Bird packages.
Enter the 20-digit number in the form at the top of this page. Each event appears with its time, and you can save the parcel in the Kargo Radar app to get a notification when the status moves on.
Look in the delivery messages and the order confirmation from the shop. The number you need has 20 digits and starts with 00373402216. If you can’t find it, the shop can look it up from your order.
Kargo Radar requests the status from Early Bird at the moment you search and shows exactly what comes back. A parcel can be further along than the page says if it hasn’t been scanned since the last event.
The carrier doesn’t know the number yet, the number has a typo, or the parcel was handed to another carrier. Check all 20 digits and try again later. If it still fails, ask the shop which carrier has the parcel.
No. When a parcel leaves Early Bird’s network, its tracking service stops listing events and points to the other carrier. Use that carrier’s number on its own Kargo Radar page, which the shop or Early Bird’s site can help you find.
Those parcels come from Early Bird’s older system, which only returns Swedish text. Kargo Radar keeps the original wording and still shows the overall status in English. “Har ankommit” means it has arrived, and “är levererat” means it’s delivered.
Read the event closely, as it may say where the parcel was left. Check around your door and ask your household and neighbours. If it doesn’t turn up, contact the shop with your 20-digit number so they can follow it up.
