Enter your Planzer shipment number
When any of your packages, including Planzer, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
Planzer Parcel, known in German as Planzer Paket, is the parcel service of the Swiss company Planzer. Its pages describe sending parcels of different sizes up to 30 kg. You’ll usually hear from it through a message saying a delivery is on the way.
Planzer separates viewing from changing. According to its help pages, entering the number only lets you see the status. To change the delivery date or leave a safe-place instruction, you need the link in your notification, the code on your delivery card, or a recipient account. Planzer also warns about scam messages pretending to come from it.
Kargo Radar asks Planzer’s tracking service for the shipment and shows Planzer’s English wording, with Swiss times. Planzer’s events have no place name. Its English feed sometimes labels a delivered parcel “Shipped”, while the German says “Zugestellt”, so we show “Delivered” instead. We operate independently, and Planzer has no part in Kargo Radar.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

The shipment number by itself. Digits only, so use this page.
Example format

A code starting 00 for a single parcel. A search shows that parcel only, not others in the same delivery.
Copy the number exactly from your email or text, keeping the dot if there is one.
The form with a dot is unique to Planzer and recognized by itself. Digits-only numbers could belong to other carriers, so use this page, which has Planzer preselected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Planzer selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Planzer numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Planzer from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Planzer’s events are short. Here’s what they mean:
Planzer’s contact page and help articles cover changes such as a safe place, a delivery date or a cancellation. If an option is grayed out, Planzer says the sender hasn’t allowed it, so you need to contact the sender. The sender also has to change the address if no edit option appears.
If you never received a notification or can’t find a number, Planzer’s help points you to the sender as well. Kargo Radar shows status only and doesn’t have your delivery code, so it can’t change a date or address.
Answers to common questions about Planzer packages.
Copy the number from your “A delivery is on its way to you” email or text into the form above. The history shows each step with its Swiss date and time.
Planzer says it’s in the notification email or text. If you didn’t get one or can’t see a number in it, Planzer tells you to contact the sender of your parcel.
We fetch it from Planzer when you search, so it matches Planzer’s current record. The parcel may have moved on if the most recent handover hasn’t been recorded yet.
Planzer says tracking starts once your notification arrives, so an earlier number may not work yet. Check the digits and keep any dot. A number from a shop’s order page may also be a shop reference rather than Planzer’s.
Planzer’s help says branch collection isn’t offered after a missed delivery. Use the code or QR code on the delivery card to pick a new date or a safe place, if the sender allows it.
No, that only works from Planzer’s recipient portal. For security, Planzer asks you to log in with the link in your email or text, or with the code on your card.
Yes, if you save the number in the Kargo Radar app. You’ll get a message when the status changes, and tracking stays free.
