Packeta, known as Zásilkovna in the Czech Republic, is a parcel network built around pickup points and lockers. It operates in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Germany and other European countries.
Packeta Group, the parent company of Zásilkovna, says it has more than 160,000 pickup points, including its own solar-powered Z-BOX lockers, and it also delivers to the door. Its deliveries reach 33 countries. Packeta’s label guidelines print the tracking code with spaces, as in Z 123 4567 890, with the last three digits notably larger.
Kargo Radar checks Packeta’s tracking and leaves out the sender, order number and cash-on-delivery details.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

The same 10 digits also identify the parcel.
Numbers that start with Z are recognized as Packeta. Numbers without the Z look like other carriers’ numbers, so choose Packeta for those; the form on this page already has it selected.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Packeta selected and takes you straight to the results.
Some Packeta numbers are recognized from their format. For the rest, choose Packeta from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
Who claims depends on the problem. For a lost parcel, Packeta says the sender is entitled to claim, so a recipient should contact the sender, usually the shop. If you received a damaged parcel, file it yourself: on Packeta’s claim form, select “I am the recipient” and enter the tracking number.
For anything else about a parcel, Packeta’s customer support takes questions through its contact form. Kargo Radar sees only tracking data, and neither claims nor messages to Packeta can be sent from here.
Answers to common questions about Packeta packages.
Paste your Z number into the form on this page. Kargo Radar looks it up with Packeta and lists each event in order.
Yes. Zásilkovna is Packeta’s name in the Czech Republic, and both use the same tracking numbers.
The shop may not have registered the parcel with Packeta yet, or the parcel’s tracking may have expired. Check the number in Packeta’s email, in the Packeta app or in the shop’s shipping email.
In some countries Packeta hands the parcel to a local carrier for the last part of the trip, for example InPost in Poland. The Packeta history then shows that carrier’s tracking number. InPost numbers can be tracked on Kargo Radar too.
It’s usually the first Packeta event: the shop has sent Packeta the parcel’s details, and Packeta is waiting for the shop to hand the parcel over. Packeta’s documentation calls this status “received data”. More events appear once the parcel is in Packeta’s network.
Zásilkovna says you can extend the storage period in its mobile app. Packeta lets you know by SMS when the parcel reaches the pickup point. Kargo Radar shows Out for delivery until the parcel is picked up, and the app sends a push notification when the status changes.
Yes. Tracking on Kargo Radar is free and doesn’t require an account. Save the package in the app to get a notification when its status changes.
