About SPX Express
SPX Express (SPX) describes itself as a logistics partner for businesses across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil, with separate websites for different countries. Its Malaysian site says Shopee buyers can choose a parcel locker as their delivery option at checkout.
SPX runs service points for dropping off or collecting parcels. Its Malaysian terms say both senders and recipients can check a shipment with its tracking number, and that SPX makes a maximum of three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the sender. Its Philippine terms leave the number of attempts up to SPX, so the limit can vary by country.
Kargo Radar supports the Indonesian, Malaysian and Philippine tracking services. SPX’s services for Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore block automated requests, so those numbers can’t be read here. Events are requested in English, but occasional lines still come back in Indonesian. Kargo Radar is not affiliated with SPX Express or Shopee; it’s an independent service.
What do SPX Express tracking numbers look like?

Is the carrier detected automatically?
SPXID, SPXMY and SPXPH numbers are recognized from the number itself. Shorter Shopee-style numbers aren’t, so select SPX Express for them. The form on this page is set to SPX already.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about SPX Express statuses
These are common SPX Express events, with some Indonesian wording that can appear on return parcels:
- Sender is preparing to ship your parcel
- The order is at the seller, and SPX doesn’t have it yet.
- Parcel has arrived at station
- The parcel reached the station named at the end of the line, such as a DC or hub.
- Delivery driver has been assigned
- A driver has been assigned to deliver the parcel.
- Delivery attempt was unsuccessful
- A delivery failed. The text after the colon gives a reason, which may be in Indonesian.
- Pesanan akan dikembalikan ke pengirim
- Indonesian for “the order will be returned to the sender”.
- Parcel has been returned to sender
- The return is finished. Kargo Radar shows Returned.
SPX Express customer support
For a Shopee order, start in the Shopee app, because refunds and order problems go through the seller and Shopee. SPX’s Malaysian terms say senders and recipients can also contact its Customer Service Team using a webform, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:30, except public holidays.
Each country’s SPX website has its own Help Center and service point finder, so use the one for your parcel’s country. Kargo Radar can’t reschedule a driver, move your parcel to a service point or claim a refund.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about SPX Express packages.
How do I track an SPX Express parcel?
Put the whole number in the form, including its opening letters. Kargo Radar uses them to pick Indonesia, Malaysia or the Philippines, then shows the station scans with their times.
Where do I find my SPX tracking number?
Check your order’s shipping details or ask the seller. SPX’s Malaysian terms also refer to an airway bill code on the parcel’s label, so the number can be read from the parcel once it arrives.
Is SPX tracking live on Kargo Radar?
A search asks SPX’s tracking service for that parcel’s current record. If a driver or station hasn’t logged a scan yet, it won’t appear, so reality can be slightly ahead of the page.
What if my SPX number isn’t found?
Check that the country letters are correct and nothing is missing. A number can also come up empty before the seller hands the parcel over. Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore numbers can’t be checked here, so use SPX’s site for those countries.
Why does my parcel say out for delivery to sender?
That event means it’s on the way back to the seller, not to you. Delivery has usually failed or timed out first, so look for an earlier unsuccessful attempt, and ask the seller or Shopee about a refund or a new shipment.
What does “Pesanan telah melewati batas pengiriman” mean?
It’s an Indonesian SPX event saying the order has passed its delivery limit and will be returned to the seller. Kargo Radar can’t stop this, so contact the seller or Shopee soon.
Can I collect an SPX parcel from a locker or service point?
SPX’s sites describe self-collection at service points, and its Malaysian site says Shopee buyers can choose a locker at checkout. Check the location and how to collect in your order or on your country’s SPX site.
