About Inter Rapidísimo

Inter Rapidísimo is a Colombian courier and parcel company. It says it delivers and collects in all 1,104 of the country’s municipalities.

Two of its services are worth knowing about. With Pago en Casa, the buyer pays when the parcel arrives and Inter Rapidísimo passes the money to the seller. With Entregas Pro, the company says you can schedule the day and the time of day you receive a shipment.

Kargo Radar reads the same stages shown on the Sigue tu Envío tracking portal. Their names stay in Spanish, and the overall status appears in English. If Inter Rapidísimo turns on a verification step on its portal, a search here can fail for a while, and its own portal is the place to check. Kargo Radar is independent and has no affiliation with Inter Rapidísimo.

What do Inter Rapidísimo tracking numbers look like?

You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Guía number

Example format

229169264212

Digits only, usually 12 or 13 of them.

Look on your receipt or in the seller’s shipping message. Enter the digits with no spaces or dashes.

Is the carrier detected automatically?

Numbers made only of digits can match other carriers, so Inter Rapidísimo isn’t recognized automatically. This page’s form already has it selected, so you can simply search.

How to track Inter Rapidísimo packages with Kargo Radar

See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.

  1. 01

    Enter the number

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has Inter Rapidísimo selected and takes you straight to the results.

  2. 02

    Pick the carrier

Inter Rapidísimo numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose Inter Rapidísimo from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.

  3. 03

    Follow every event

Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.

  4. 04

    Get notified

Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.

What do the tracking statuses mean?

Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.

Shipped
The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
In transit
The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
Out for delivery
The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
Delivered
The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
Delivery failed
A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
Returned
The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.

Good to know about Inter Rapidísimo statuses

Inter Rapidísimo shows its stages in Spanish and speaks to you directly:

Recibimos tu envío
Inter Rapidísimo has received your parcel.
En bodega de origen
In the warehouse at the origin.
Viajando al destino
Travelling to the destination.
En bodega de destino
In the warehouse at the destination.
En reparto
Out for delivery.
Esperando tu acción
Literally “waiting for your action”. Open the carrier’s portal to see what’s being asked of you.
1a entrega fallida
The first delivery attempt failed.
Entregamos tu envío
Delivered.
Devuelto al remitente
Returned to the sender.

Inter Rapidísimo customer support

Use Inter Rapidísimo’s PQRS page for complaints and claims, including its section on compensation requests. The Sigue tu Envío portal is where to act on the shipment itself: it says the destination address can be changed once the company has received the parcel.

If you’re waiting on an online order, the seller can also step in, since it booked the delivery. Kargo Radar shows the stages only and can’t change an address, book another attempt or file a PQRS on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Inter Rapidísimo packages.

How do I track an Inter Rapidísimo parcel?

Paste the guía into the form above and search. The stage reached and its date appear right away, and there’s nothing to sign up for.

Where can I find the guía number?

The person who sent the parcel gets it on the receipt. Buyers usually receive it from the shop by email or message. If you only have an order number, ask the seller for the guía.

Does Kargo Radar show the parcel’s position right now?

It shows the stage Inter Rapidísimo reports when you search, not a moving location. The stage changes when staff log the parcel, so the real position may be ahead of it.

My guía isn’t found. What now?

Compare the digits with your receipt; guías here have 12 or 13. A label created today may not be in the system yet, so try again later. If nothing appears after that, ask the sender whether the parcel was actually handed over.

What should I do about “1a entrega fallida”?

The courier tried and couldn’t complete delivery. Open the Sigue tu Envío portal to see the options offered, check that your address and phone are right, and contact Inter Rapidísimo if nothing changes.

What does “Esperando tu acción” mean?

The carrier is waiting for you to do something before the parcel can continue. Kargo Radar shows the phrase but not the request behind it, so the carrier’s portal is the place to find out what’s needed.
