About Olva Courier
Olva Courier is a Peruvian courier serving individuals, small businesses and companies, with stores and agents nationwide. It also offers Pago en Destino, where the recipient pays on receipt, home pickup, international shipping, and Olva Box for importing purchases from US online stores.
Many parcels end in an Olva store rather than at a door. Olva’s FAQ says items can stay in stores for up to 30 business days, then return to origin. It also says that a shipment that can’t be delivered goes to its central warehouse in Lima until the client gives instructions.
Kargo Radar reads Olva’s public tracking page. Messages stay in Spanish, and each is matched to an overall status in English. If you enter digits with no hyphen, Kargo Radar tries the likely readings using recent years, since Olva’s page needs the hyphen. Recipient names and addresses aren’t read. Kargo Radar is an independent app with no affiliation to Olva Courier.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about Olva Courier statuses
Olva’s messages are friendly Spanish sentences aimed at the recipient:
- Envío registrado - ¡Envío Registrado!
- The shipment has been registered.
- Aún no tenemos tu envío
- Registered, but Olva doesn’t have the parcel yet. The sender still has to hand it over.
- En almacén de LIMA
- In the warehouse in Lima. The city name changes with the location.
- En camino a la TIENDA
- On the way to a named Olva store.
- Recepcionado por TIENDA
- Received by the store.
- Ya puedes recoger tu envío
- Ready to collect from the store named in the message.
- En camino a tu domicilio
- Literally “on the way to your home”. Olva also uses this as a heading for parcels going to a store, so read the rest of the line.
- Tu paquete ya fue entregado
- Delivered.
Olva Courier customer support
Olva’s FAQ says undelivered shipments are sorted out through its WhatsApp line or call center, and that the sender handles a change of recipient. Give instructions promptly, because it warns that an uncollected shipment can eventually be destroyed under Peruvian transport rules.
For a lost or damaged parcel, file a claim in the Libro de Reclamaciones on Olva’s site; the FAQ sets out the compensation options. If you bought online, tell the seller too. Kargo Radar has no access to Olva’s systems and can’t rearrange delivery.

How do I track an Olva Courier parcel?

Where do I find my Olva tracking number?
Olva says it’s at the top of your receipt or invoice and starts with the year it was issued. AliExpress orders may use an OLVA code instead.
Is Olva tracking live?
The page shows what Olva currently reports whenever you search. Scans lag behind reality at times, so a parcel might already be in a store before the message changes.
Olva says no information was found. Why?
Try the number exactly as printed, with its hyphen. A shop may also have created the shipment before giving it to Olva, in which case records can be missing or say “Aún no tenemos tu envío”. Ask the sender if this continues.
How long will an Olva store keep my parcel?
Up to 30 business days, according to Olva’s FAQ, after which it returns to origin. Watch for “Ya puedes recoger tu envío”, which also names the store.
What is a Pago en Destino shipment?
With this service, you pay when you receive the shipment instead of the sender paying upfront. Olva’s FAQ says it’s available from Lima Metropolitana and Callao to certain provinces, and links to the details.
