About ACS Courier
ACS Courier is a Greek courier that also has a Cyprus site. ACS says it has served people and businesses since 1981 and works through 300 local ACS Stores. Its services cover domestic and international courier shipments, along with postal services, bill payments and money transfers.
What sets ACS apart for many recipients is the ACS Smartpoint Locker. You can choose a locker at an online checkout, or switch to one from the ACS message on your phone or the ACiStant assistant. ACS says collection works at any hour, every day, and the locker’s card terminal takes Visa and Mastercard if you still have something to pay.
Kargo Radar asks ACS’s own tracker for your number and lists each event in English with its date, time and place. Events are shown in Greek local time. The recipient’s name and any delivery notes are never read. Kargo Radar is an independent service, with no link to ACS Courier, so it can only report what ACS has published.
What do ACS Courier tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.
A number of any other length won’t be accepted for ACS. Check you haven’t copied an order number from the shop instead.
Is the carrier detected automatically?
A 10-digit number could belong to several carriers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t detect ACS by itself. Pick ACS Courier from the carrier list; this page’s form has it selected already.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about ACS Courier statuses
ACS writes its events in English. These are the ones people ask about most:

- The sender’s system made a label. ACS may not have the parcel in its hands yet.
- Transit from HUB
- The parcel is passing through one of ACS’s sorting hubs.
- Departure to destination
- It has left for the named destination area.
- On delivery
- A courier has the parcel on a delivery run.
- Shipment placed in SmartPoint
- It’s in the locker and waiting for you. Kargo Radar shows this as out for delivery, not delivered.
- Delivery via SmartPoint
- The parcel has been collected from the locker.
- Delivery to consignee
- The parcel was handed to the recipient.
ACS Courier customer support
For a parcel that didn’t arrive or arrived damaged, ACS’s FAQ sends the sender to the branch that accepted it and the recipient to the branch that delivers it. Have the parcel number, a full description of the goods and the packaging ready. Its contact page also has online forms to file a claim, request a search, or ask for a special service or an appointment.
Ask the shop first if your order has no tracking movement, because it may not have handed the parcel over. Kargo Radar can’t rebook delivery, change a locker or open a claim for you. ACS also warns about frauds using its brand, so be careful with unexpected messages and use the links on its own site.

How do I track an ACS Courier parcel?
Type the 10-digit number into the form above and press track. No sign-up is needed. You’ll get the current status, plus every hub, destination and delivery step ACS has recorded.
Where do I find my ACS number?
Look in the ACS message on your phone, the shop’s dispatch email, or the label on the parcel. If you sent it yourself, the number is on your shipment paperwork. Shops sometimes show their own order number, which won’t work here.
Is this live ACS tracking?
Each lookup goes to ACS at that moment and returns what ACS reports then. A van can already be near your door while the page still says the parcel left the hub, because the next scan hasn’t happened.
Why does it say my ACS number wasn’t found?
ACS answers “Shipment not found” when it has no record. Recheck the 10 digits. If the shop has just created the label, try again later, and ask the shop if the number still fails after a working day or two.
My parcel says “Shipment placed in SmartPoint”. What now?
Go to the locker and use the details in your ACS message. Don’t wait too long: ACS’s locker pages give different collection periods from one locker to another. After that, a parcel moves to a nearby store and can then go back to the sender.
Can I pay at an ACS locker?
Yes, ACS says lockers have a card terminal that accepts Visa and Mastercard. Bring one of those cards if your message shows an amount to pay.
What should I do if my parcel stops moving?
Give it a working day, since a missing scan doesn’t always mean a problem. After that, the sender should contact the accepting branch and the recipient the delivering branch. ACS also has a “Request Search” form on its site.
