About Pos Malaysia
Pos Malaysia is a Malaysian postal and courier company based at the Dayabumi Complex in Kuala Lumpur, and Pos Laju is its express parcel service. Pos Malaysia says Pos Laju has the largest last-mile coverage across Malaysia, with outlets, touch points and authorised agents that you can find through its Outlet Finder.
Pos Laju provides proof of delivery. For Pos Laju Standard, Pos Malaysia sets compensation for lost or damaged items at up to RM200 or the item’s actual value, whichever is lower, and offers an optional Pos Service Warranty for higher cover. Its site also warns about a scam in which recipients are asked to pay a fee for redelivery.
Kargo Radar reads Pos Malaysia’s English tracking service. On international items, Pos Malaysia’s record can include customs and destination delivery events, and Kargo Radar shows those on Malaysia time, so some can be a few hours off. Kargo Radar has no affiliation with Pos Malaysia and runs independently.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about Pos Malaysia statuses
Pos Malaysia writes full sentences for its events. These are the ones you’ll see most:
- Your order has been created and is ready to be shipped
- A label exists, but this doesn’t by itself mean Pos has the parcel yet.
- Your parcel arrived at our hub for sorting
- The parcel is being sorted at a Pos facility. Kargo Radar shows In transit.
- Your parcel has been presented to the Customs Authority for inspection
- An international parcel is with customs.
- Your parcel is with our courier and is out for delivery
- A courier has it and is on the way.
- Destination station has delivered your parcel. Thank you!
- An overseas delivery was completed by the destination country’s network.
Pos Malaysia customer support
Pos Malaysia’s hotline is 1300 300 300, and callers outside Malaysia can use +603 2705 9900. There’s also a 24/7 chatbot on its contact page, which Pos Malaysia calls the quickest way to reach it. Its Pos Laju page says general complaints must be made within 30 days of posting, and those about damage, loss or wrong items within 5 working days of delivery.
The sender holds the receipt, so ask them to help with a claim. Never pay a redelivery fee through a link you received: check it with Pos Malaysia first. Kargo Radar can’t lodge a claim or redirect a parcel.

How do I track a Pos Laju parcel?

Where can I find my Pos Malaysia tracking number?
It’s printed on the postage receipt and on the e-Consignment Note label. For an online order, the seller usually adds it to the shipping notice or order page.
Is Pos Malaysia tracking live on this page?
A new request goes to Pos Malaysia every time you look up a number. Pos Malaysia itself says its system can take up to 24 hours to refresh, especially at peak periods or during customs clearance.
What if my Pos Laju number isn’t found?
Check for a mistyped letter or digit. If you were given the number recently, the parcel may not be in the system yet. Ask the sender to confirm it, then contact Pos Malaysia if it still fails.
My Pos Laju tracking hasn’t changed for days. What should I do?
Pos Malaysia’s guidance is to reach out through its AskPos assistant or call 1300-300-300 when there’s been no update for more than three working days. Keep the number and receipt ready.
Will I see delivery abroad on an MY number?
Often, yes. Pos Malaysia’s record can carry customs events and a final “Destination station has delivered your parcel” line for items sent overseas. For redelivery in that country, you’ll need to contact the local post.
