14-digit shipment number
Example format
60121234567890
The usual format for UK shipments. It’s digits only, and often starts with 6012, 31, 41 or 55.

Enter your DHL eCommerce UK shipment number to see the latest messages from DHL, with the date and time of each. Parcels delivered by DHL Express need a different page.

When any of your packages, including DHL eCommerce UK, is out for delivery, you’ll see it in the Dynamic Island, on your home screen widget and in your notifications. Your package keeps you posted before you even ask.

Incoming and outgoing, separated
Packages you receive and packages you send sit in separate tabs, filtered by status.
DHL eCommerce UK delivers parcels within the UK for online shops, businesses and personal senders. It’s run separately from DHL Express. DHL’s contact page says that if DHL Express is delivering your parcel, you have to track it with DHL Express, because the eCommerce team can’t help with those shipments.
DHL’s help pages describe several ways of receiving a parcel. Depending on the shipment, the tracking page may offer a safe place, a neighbour, a ServicePoint or depot collection, or a different day. Some delivery windows can’t be edited. DHL says a change of address generally has to come from the sender.
Kargo Radar reads DHL’s public tracking page by shipment number. Messages come in English with UK local times, and we leave out signature names and sender references. DHL removes records some time after delivery, so an older parcel may no longer appear. Kargo Radar has no affiliation with DHL and acts as an independent tracking tool.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

DHL’s help pages also mention 7-digit calling card numbers and 24-character return numbers starting with JJD. Those may need DHL’s own tracker and your postcode.
Fourteen digits could also be a number from DPD or another carrier, so DHL eCommerce UK isn’t chosen automatically. On this page it’s already selected for you.

Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has DHL eCommerce UK selected and takes you straight to the results.
DHL eCommerce UK numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose DHL eCommerce UK from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
DHL writes its tracking updates as full sentences. Here’s what the common ones mean:
For delivery help, use DHL eCommerce UK’s contact page. It lists phone 02476 937770 and a form with options for parcel delivery help and collections. If you paid for the parcel on DHL’s Send website, the page points you to the Send help centre instead.
If you’re waiting on an order, ask the shop for the number and for any change of address, because DHL treats that as the sender’s job. Kargo Radar shows the tracking only, so it can’t change a delivery or speak to DHL for you.
Answers to common questions about DHL eCommerce UK packages.
Type the 14-digit shipment number into the form above. The page lists each message from DHL with its date and time, newest first.
It’s usually in the dispatch email or text from the shop. DHL says that if you don’t have it, the sender of the parcel can give it to you.
The page is fetched from DHL when you search, so it matches what DHL’s tracker says right then. Your parcel may have moved further if nobody has scanned it since.
First check it’s a DHL eCommerce number and not DHL Express, which uses different tracking. Check the digits next, and allow time if the parcel was booked today. A long-delivered parcel can also drop off DHL’s system.
DHL’s FAQ says a card left on a Saturday means another attempt on Monday, and you only need to act to choose another day. The card’s reference also serves as your pick-up code at a ServicePoint.
DHL’s UK FAQ gives 10 days from when the ServicePoint received it. After that, the parcel goes back to the sender.
Save the number in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on each status change. Looking up a parcel costs nothing.
