LBC Express is a courier and cargo company in the Philippines with branches across the country and abroad. It carries documents, packages and sea cargo boxes for individuals and businesses, including shipments sent home to the Philippines from overseas.
For deliveries within the Philippines, LBC’s tracking page gives these delivery times: 1 to 2 days within the same island group, 5 to 7 days between island groups, and 5 to 9 days to or from Batanes or Coron. Shipments from abroad take longer: from the US, LBC estimates 7 to 10 days by air freight and 40 to 60 days by sea. If a new number shows as invalid, LBC says the shipment may not be in its tracking system yet and suggests checking again on the next business day.
Kargo Radar checks LBC’s tracking system and shows each update with its date, time and place. The recipient’s name is left out of the delivery event.
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

LBC remittance (money transfer) reference numbers aren’t shipments, so they can’t be tracked here.
LBC numbers contain only digits and look like other carriers’ numbers, so LBC isn’t detected automatically. In the app, choose LBC Express from the carrier list; the form on this page already has it selected.
See where your package is in a few steps, and hear about it when the status changes.
Paste your tracking number into the form on this page. The form already has LBC Express selected and takes you straight to the results.
LBC Express numbers look like other carriers’ numbers, so Kargo Radar doesn’t guess. Choose LBC Express from the carrier list in the app or on the tracking page.
Each scan is listed on a timeline with its date (and time, when the carrier provides one), and the overall status is summarized as one of six standard statuses.
Save the package to your list in the Kargo Radar app and you’ll get a notification on your phone when its status changes. Packages from other carriers sit in the same list.
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
LBC’s US support page lists customercare@lbcexpress.com, Facebook Messenger and its branches for concerns. Check a shipment when it arrives, and report any damage to LBC straight away: its terms treat a shipment as received in good condition if there’s no complaint.
Claims must be in writing within 30 days of the transaction date. Without a declared value, LBC’s liability is limited to refunding the freight fee, so keep your Official Receipt. Kargo Radar is a tracking viewer, so it’s unable to file a claim or reach LBC for you.

It’s printed on the LBC receipt you got when the package was dropped off. For sea cargo boxes, it’s the number under the barcode on the Packing List. If a shop sent the package, check its shipping details.
The number may be new and not scanned yet, or it may be a remittance reference rather than a shipment number. Check the number on your receipt and try again later.
Yes. LBC says both the sender and the recipient can track a package, as long as they have the tracking number. Paste it into the form on this page.
Yes. LBC says it notifies both the sender and the recipient of the package’s status by email and SMS, and its tracking page also offers updates through Facebook Messenger. If you save the package in the Kargo Radar app, it’s checked every hour, or every 20 minutes once it’s out for delivery, and you get a push notification when the status changes.
LBC says packages sent at the same time can arrive on different dates because of different routes and handling, weather, traffic, peak-season volumes or customs clearance. It says it keeps monitoring every shipment while it’s on the way.
