About KEX Express
KEX Express is the Thai parcel carrier formerly called Kerry Express. The company announced that it would move from the Kerry name to KEX over about nine months, so you may still see older labels and messages with the Kerry name on them.
KEX says it has over 15,000 service points in Thailand. With its self-collection service, the parcel waits at a collection point chosen when it was sent. You receive the tracking number and a six-digit PIN by SMS or email, and staff use the PIN to confirm the parcel is yours. Its FAQ also has a section on cash on delivery.
Kargo Radar searches KEX’s English tracking page when you look up a number, so events are in English and times are Thailand time. If KEX has given an estimated delivery date, it appears until the parcel is delivered or returned. KEX sometimes shows a “Waiting to ship” entry for numbers with no real shipment behind them, and Kargo Radar reports those as not found. Kargo Radar is independent and isn’t affiliated with KEX Express.
What do KEX Express tracking numbers look like?
You’ll find the tracking number on the label, the shipping receipt or the shipping details the sender gave you. The examples below only show the format.

Use the number exactly as your shop shows it, even if the prefix looks unrelated to KEX.
Is the carrier detected automatically?
Only the KEX + 11 digits format is recognized from the number. Older Kerry numbers and seller-prefixed numbers vary too much, so select KEX Express for those. This form already has it selected.

What do the tracking statuses mean?
Kargo Radar turns each carrier’s own status wording into six standard statuses, so packages from different carriers read the same way. Each event keeps the carrier’s own description in the history, or an English rendering for carriers that only report in their local language.
- Shipped
- The carrier has registered the shipment or picked it up from the sender. It may not have left yet.
- In transit
- The package is moving between facilities, countries or customs.
- Out for delivery
- The package is out for delivery, or it’s waiting to be collected at a branch, post office or pickup point.
- Delivered
- The package was handed to the recipient or collected from the pickup point.
- Delivery failed
- A delivery was attempted but not completed. The carrier’s next step shows up in the event history.
- Returned
- The package is on its way back to the sender, or it has already been returned.
Good to know about KEX Express statuses
You’ll see these KEX events most often:
- Your parcel has been dropped at KEX service point
- The sender handed the parcel in at a service point.
- Arrived at Distribution center
- The parcel reached a KEX sorting site on its route.
- Arrived at the destination station
- The parcel is at the station that serves the delivery address.
- Courier has contacted the recipient
- The courier has tried to reach the recipient. Kargo Radar doesn’t treat this alone as a status change.
- Successfully delivered
- KEX recorded the delivery.
KEX Express customer support
KEX’s website offers Live Chat, a contact page and online claims, and its FAQ page lists 1217 as its contact number. It also has a LINE account, @KEXThailand, that accepts tracking numbers. If you’re the recipient and KEX has the wrong phone number, KEX’s FAQ says you can call 1217 with the correct one.
KEX’s FAQ has separate entries on cash on delivery, late shipments and compensation for lost or damaged parcels, so check those first. For an online order, ask the seller too. Kargo Radar can’t contact KEX or change a delivery on your behalf.

How do I track a KEX Express parcel?
Paste the number you were given, including any letters at the start. Kargo Radar shows the route and every scan. If you’re on KEX’s own website, it takes up to 30 numbers at once.
Can I still track a Kerry Express number?
Yes. Kerry Express became KEX, and Kargo Radar searches the same KEX tracking service. Choose KEX Express on this page and enter the number just as it appears on your Kerry receipt or message.
Where do I find my KEX tracking number?
KEX says you receive it when the parcel is shipped, and you can read it from the QR code on your receipt in its app. For self-collection, it’s in the arrival SMS or email.
Is KEX tracking live on Kargo Radar?
Each lookup asks KEX for its current information. Scans can lag behind the parcel, and the estimated delivery date comes from KEX, so it can change or pass without an update.
Why isn’t my KEX number found?
KEX may have no shipment linked to it yet, even though it can show a “Waiting to ship” entry on its own page. Check the prefix and digits, then ask the seller whether the parcel has been handed over.
How long does KEX hold a self-collection parcel?
KEX says three working days at the collection point. Bring the six-digit PIN from your SMS or email, and contact KEX or the sender soon if you can’t make it in time.
What happens if the courier can’t reach me?
KEX’s FAQ says that it will contact the delivery destination and arrange delivery the next day. If the phone number is wrong, it asks the sender for the right one.
